You have an ethnicity too, you realize that right? |

Me too! So many messages in that one move, including “I am not defined by money,” and “I care about women’s health enough not to constantly parade around in stilettos or even pumps” (heels are absolute killer for your back). |
Totally agree! I honestly think a little less of any woman walking around in high heels all day — like she doesn’t have the sense to t ake care of herself. I got into a big argument with my dad in the early 80s about whether women needed to wear heels to be professional — I convinced him then! |
Yes but also the comparison makes no sense. Meghan Markle is a celebrity known for being a celebrity, basically. Kamala Harris has a serious job and an insane schedule. |
It is absolutely amazing these are the “messages” you’re getting from a pair of chucks. I am actually laughing over here. |
Yeah, that's how she ended up starring on a TV show and marrying a prince. Because she's so hideous and impossible to dress. |
| Are we not going to talk about the TAN SUIT? |
No, Legarde is like 6 feet tall with a completely different build and style. |
Not crazy about it, but whatever, it's fine. She needs to dress for several days, and last night was not her night to shine. Hilary looked fabulous--hair, makeup, suit, all perfect for her. The only outfit I really didn't like from last night was the young woman from Texas wearing the off the shoulder blue number. It was a fine dress but I don't think off the shoulder is appropriate for speaking at a work event. And also looks so trendy so if they show clips of her speech in 20 years, she will look ridiculous -- another woman was wearing a more classic dress in the same color bright blue and I think it was much better. |
I'm not one to use twitter for news (and I recognize you'll just have to trust me here), but lots of posters saying the tan suit was trolling all the conservatives who went crazy over Obama's tan suit. |
I am the PP - and yes of course it was! It was her version of a couch joke. I loved it. |
