Cool story, bro. I have no kid at Brave. I just shake my head at seeing people pounding their chests over results at an age in which results shouldn’t even be the priority. |
Axe to grind there, Lumberjack? Why so bitter? None of what you said is true. You’re seriously spewing garbage. Losing sucks, but they are still young. They will figure it. Geez, move on already. |
Stats back that poster. Brave unfortunately is the worse in ECNL. More clubs should actually merge again to go form a better VA ECNL team. Arlington is really a only true ECNL club across age groups. |
What do you mean by true ECNL club? |
Actually investment and the ability to attract elite talent. Loudoun/NVA being the other.. Brave may have 1-2 groups that are winning at a young age.. but 2 out of 12 teams just isnt going to help recruit. |
Loudoun and Arlington are the only “true” ECNL clubs in the area? What are Union and VDA then? |
Stay away from ecnl clubs run by 1 person... If/when they leave or retire the whole thing collapses |
They been drained of talent by Arlington and NVA. Once DA died so did VDA.. Union is slightly above Brave.. ECNL got diluted in a money grab.. knowing parents would chase the status. The result weaker VA teams. Carolina teams whipping up now. |
Are you talking about boys? |
VA Soccer is the best |
Am I the only person who thinks the whole ECNL thing will be replaced in the next few years by some new bright shiny object?
There's clearly money to be made, so I can't imagine it won't be pre-empted soon. |
ECNL is not going anywhere. |
Yes I think you are. DA had them beat and folded. No I don't think they can be challenged ---- it is a recruiting program for girls soccer for college. |
