This theory makes so much sense especially after the recent AP arrest.

But it wasn't one sided, BB was in those photos at events with au pair.

I think Joe was there so he COULD be framed. He seemed to think he was there for sex, as his friends have stated here and elsewhere, but he did not have all of the pieces. He was there as a fall guy and to provide a motive imho. Whole thing seems to be a set up. And day off seemed off enough to LE, despite BB being FBI, that they made statements indicating skepticism about stories and described Joe as a "victim."

Au pair has dead eyes. If she and BB planned this, he is some piece of work. I hope both victims get justice.

Joe was fairly new to this mess, I think he was brought in under one pretext to be set up to take the fall or provide a motive, etc.

They were not kicked out of the house, Brendan had gone to work that morning and au pair was out briefly on some pretext. The 3 had been home overnight since Brendan's birthday. Joe arrived in the morning after Brendan left.

People had to have seen the car, people would be going to work, walking dogs, walking kids to the bus, etc. In those neighborhoods everything is observed, there is no anonymity. So I don't buy that Christine was having him come in some under the radar scenario for that reason and also au pair and kid in the house. If it was hook up there are hotels, cars, etc. That is why I think Joe and Christine thought they were doing this with Brendan's knowledge bc 100% he would know anyway. It was key to have him there for the plan for there to be a fall guy.

What has it been like for people in the neighborhood socializing with Brendan in the past months? Was the au pair involved in socializing with couples in the neighborhood?

This also adds up with Joe's friend telling LE that earlier that week Joe told him about a crazy/entangled cuck relationship he was entering.

Joe was solicited by BB and AP for some sort of meet up. AP was actually the one who let Joe in. Christine had already been stabbed earlier (while she slept) by BB. AP led BB to upstairs bedroom and shot him.

According to the police, only Christine knew Joe. If true, then everything your theory is incorrect.

Her knowing Joe could all have been part of the set up. I don't think she was stabbed much earlier, she was still alive and died at the hospital. It is possible that BB or AP used her device to solicit Joe to come to the house.

Thank you, I am brand new to this case…the husband lying makes me think he stabbed her and nanny shot the other person so there wouldn’t be a witness.

The weird wrinkle is that police confirmed the husband wasn't in the house at the time of shooting. And the wif was still alive when found so she probably wasn't stabbed much earlier. It's such a bizarre case.

Well, let’s be clear, they did not confirm per se… they said that’s what the investigation has revealed so far. Keeping BB thinking he’s in the clear is good for the case.
