In the BBC’s slow-motion analysis from a different angle, the journalist states from the first discharge to the last spanned a time period of:

“naught point seven seconds.”

It’s posted right on BBC for anyone to see.

The critical moment here spanned:

0.7 seconds.

0.7 seconds is not a long period of time

To me the video shows they were zero threat and fully expected to get ticketed at home later (comment about plates) It was also clear since the wife was getting in that they were about to leave. A suspect fleeing in a car is not a valid reason to fire at a moving vehicle. The officer went to get himself in front of the moving car which is against procedure and you can see she had no clue he was in her path at that time.

Thank you for posting this for clarity’s sake.

The officer will not be charged here.

Why? Can you point out what frame it's justified for law enforcement to start shooting?

The agent had already made up his mind to shoot the driver when she backed up his car.

Yes, there is no world in which this video exonerates him. She was turning the steering wheel right. The car was pulling out. We've all seen that action thousands of times in our lifetime. There is no point in that video where it makes any sense to start taking headshots.

The video exonerates Officer Ross entirely. Sorry if you cannot handle the truth.

I think that it very much proves his guilt.

It’s right there.

It 100% does prove his guilt. I mean what part of the video is it expected that law enforcement starts shooting? What frame shows her acting as a domestic terrorist and steering toward him? How does he unholster his weapon and get off three accurate shots if he was hit?

I don’t think she was trying to hit him, but this was a dumb way to protest. Get arrested and fight it out later.

See? I told you the left will just to continue to deny all facts even when it is on film.

The good thing is the cop won't be charged and someone is gonna get a good del on a used Pilot.

Then point out what second of the video it's justified for law enforcement to start shooting.

Yep. Still waiting to hear the justification for the first shot the second shot the third shot. The refusal to let medical care come in. Blocking ambulances with their cars. And him fleeing 2 minutes after the shooting. How does that video exonerate him?

At 0:40 she is clearly turning her steering wheel right. At 0:41 he steps toward the vehicle. At 0:42, the "danger" has passed but he decides to start shooting.

So some people think it matters what the officer was thinking, if he was in fear for her life.

What about if she was in fear for her life, knowing what we know about federal agent thugs? I don’t blame her for wanting to get far, far away from ICE and trying to escape them.

I am a school teacher who does carpool / bus duty every morning and afternoon.

I’m in as much danger as officer Ross was. Should I carry a piece to shoot parents?

Exactly this. It's hard to believe that a hardened law enforcement official "feared for his life" in that video. Not even MAGA would believe he's that big of a snowflake. He wanted to shoot.

A. Vance is a danger to the US. He says that the officer has complete immunity before an investigation has been completed, thus he gave permission to ICE officers to shoot Americans.

B. It's appalling that anyone is justifying Trump, Vance, ICE when there are sooo many videos showing from every angle it was an execution and he walked away unharmed, and refused to allow medics administer to her.

There’s no justificatiion.

Officer Ross had to have intended to draw his weapon and fire a second or two before he actually fired it. It takes some time to draw and shoot.

A second or two before he shot, he was walking towards the car. If in his mind, he thought she intended to run him over, it would have been insane to walk in front of the car.

If you are in a protected position and you see a man with a gun and you think he’s going to shoot you, you don’t put yourself in front of his gun. You stay in your safe position.

He didn’t stay safely to the side of the car. He made a decision to shoot her, placed himself in front of the car, and when she failed to get out of the car as ordered, he executed her.

This video does make clear that the shooter was literally very easily triggered. He was angry because the speaker mocked him and called him “big boy”. That’s why he pulled his gun.
