He doesn't really look like he gained weight. Last time he got all big in the body and kept the skinny bow legs. This time he looks pretty normal but he has cut off the big Pompidou hair.

I think these two are such a mess. I think Ben will find himself on the mend with the help of Jennifer Garner who he will return to. Jennifer will return to Alex. He likes fame and attention and Jennifer takes him to a new stratosphere as a retired baseball player

lol Jennifer garner is not going back. She cares about him, he’s the father of her children and she will always be a stabilizing presence in his life because it’s in the best interest of her family. But she is better off without his baggage. Jennifer garner divorcing him - and getting her kids some distance - was probably healthier for their family given his sobriety struggles. I do think ben realizes how much he lucked out that she is the mother of his kids and he seems very fond of her - but he has also thrown her under the bus in the press several times during his more manic phases.

I seriously don't think they're divorcing at all. I think their marriage is fine right now. It's the media reading too much into it. They're only speculating a divorce because:

-They're selling their house
-Ben has moved out

Neither of these things indicate divorce. They ended up disliking their house (Ben says it's too far away from his kids, JLO says she realized she doesn't need a house that big) and they're moving, that's it. But this explanation doesn't generate headlines.

In the meantime, Ben doesn't want to be living in a house that's currently being shown to potential buyers. And he wants to live closer to his kids. That's it, there's nothing more to it. Again, the media is just reading too much into it.

They’re only meeting up at kids graduations and office buildings. That screams divorced .


If you don’t live together , the relationship is essentially over. They probably are working the details of a trial separation right now and once the divorce is final, they will announce.

Why do they need to announce anything? They've sold the contents of the house, they are attempting to sell the property, they've got all their ducks lined up legally, no one really needs to announce anything.

Of course they are divorcing. She went to Italy alone and let herself be photographed on a boat with champagne. She wanted it to get out that she is fine without him. Which I’m sure she will be.

That business meeting they had was them signing papers. No kids, short marriage, both have high net worths. It’s not messy. But it is over.

She’s been spending more time in NY, wonder if she’s considering yet another move. Her poor kids.

I think it’s over but he’s letting her announce when she’s ready. One article said he’s done but still feels protective of her. I can believe that.
