I seriously don't think they're divorcing at all. I think their marriage is fine right now. It's the media reading too much into it. They're only speculating a divorce because:

-They're selling their house
-Ben has moved out

Neither of these things indicate divorce. They ended up disliking their house (Ben says it's too far away from his kids, JLO says she realized she doesn't need a house that big) and they're moving, that's it.  But this explanation doesn't generate headlines.

In the meantime, Ben doesn't want to be living in a house that's currently being shown to potential buyers. And he wants to live closer to his kids. That's it, there's nothing more to it. Again, the media is just reading too much into it.[/quote]

They’re only meeting up at kids graduations and office buildings. That screams divorced .

If you don’t live together , the relationship is essentially over. They probably are working the details of  a trial separation right now and once the divorce is final, they will announce. [/quote]
