I'm seeing how hypocrisy and evasion works for you. |
Undoubtedly, all her friends went to the parties, and there was lots going on at the parties besides the most depraved activities. It was probably a lot of fun if you stayed clear of the super-aggressors. It was their high school social world — they were around these people at other places too. Do you refuse to go bars because some other patron might have ill-intentions? D |
Agreed. Women in this area are incredibly nasty and vindictive. I recently put an item up for sale on a crafting forum with well over 1,000,000 members. It's a rare, coveted item my cousin picked up for me and my price is very reasonable. I got ONE snide comment and that person turned out to be from the DC area. Out of over a million members. Color me not surprised. |
It’s not deeply troubling. It’s the environment of the Kennedy swing seat opening that is making everyone grasp at straws. I could whip shit up about literally anyone in this situation. |
Esteemed positions that effect every person in the country that are privileges to be appointed to? Yes. People elected to the Supreme Court should be squeaky clean, see Gorsuch. Avenatti himself said he's been approached by hundreds of women wanting to accuse Trump/other R's but he vets them. Kavanaugh was a jerk in high school, I don't really want an 80s high school bully on the SC. |
Yet it was one of the very first pieces of information we had when the first accuser came forward. Mark Judge confessed to his girlfriend that these things were happening when Brett and himself were friends in high school. After that, it was only a matter of time before at least one rape victim and witness associated with their circle came forward. |
If you told me the political circus of the last year and a half was fiction, I would have totally believed you. Truth is (sometimes) stranger than fiction. No one wants to believe the Kavanaugh debacle because it is just horrible all around, for everyone involved. That doesn't mean, however, that we should avoid an fair and thorough investigation into these allegations. Also, BTW, a lot of (young, black, poor) men are held accountable--by many conservative judges--for the rest of their lives for acts they committed as 17 year olds. I don't see why Kavanaugh ought to be held to a lower standard. |
Some of y'all's victim-blaming is starting to sound like the Taliban. Under Shari'a law, the testimony of the woman about her rape is not enough. What she needs is the corroborating eye-witness testimony of 4 males to accuse her rapist. Is that what you'd like to see in America? |
I don’t know how compelling that anecdote is but you seem like a nice person who crafts and I’m glad you’re here. |
Jeff, has she only claimed to be a Hillary supporter in the past or her behaviors (original posting supporting Hillary, defending Hillary/praising Hillary on other post) in the past proves she is a Hillary supporter. I can say I am Trump supporter multiple time on posts while questioning all kind of crap policies by his administration here. That would not make me a Trump supporter, rather would make me a fake to buy in Trump supporters trust. Please respond. And thanks for what you do! |
What exactly is the difference between a "train" and threesome or some other variation of group sex? I remember in the early 90's threesomes becoming somewhat in vogue. I even had a friend who had sex with two guys at once (and no, she wasn't drugged or tricked into it). What is the difference between a train and this? And what makes a train equivalent to gang rape whereas other forms of group sex are just kinky behavior? |
OP here- on the other hand, if this is true then the GOP made the most tragically comical pick for SC. Of all the choices, they pick a gang rapist?!? I’m a conservative and this is dang frustrating! And no I’m not saying the allegations are “comical” so crazies relax |
But If Kavanaugh is denied the seat because of sexual assault allegations, the claim that you and others are floating is that it is because of political machinery. I happen to think that is complete BS but the fact remains, nobody is entitled to a seat on the Supreme Court. Everyone is entitled to a day in court before the state acts on any allegation - that has not been denied to Kavanaugh (creey bastard though he is). |
Assuming this was true, how were they supposed to know they were picking a gang rapist? |
And risk jail? You are you saying she risked jail for this. No. Just no. |
