Because playing the cuck song to fire up your fan base (?!) at the end of the 3rd quarter is one thing, but I doubt her husband was fully bought in on the notion and that delivery room scene is always awkward.

Was she married too?

Nowhere near the same and definitely not worse. I realize that Trump is an obsessive lens through which you view all stories but it’s not relevant here.

DP. Trump has done much, much worse.

Really? Worse than attacking someone with a knife?

Would you rather someone attempt to attack your daughter with a knife or rape her at age 14?

How about, neither?

That's not how the would you rather game works.

Because there are no real problems in the world beyond Sherrone's love life and career.

Seriously. The president of the country just tried to extort the state of Indiana. THAT should be the big story.

Expect lawsuit by the fired coach against the University of Michigan followed by a quick settlement involving millions of dollars.

U Michigan was informed of the inappropriate relationship in September, but waited until after the season ended and after national signing day for recruits before firing him in a very public manner.

U Michigan has wanted this coach to be gone for many months. Thought it had a way out that would negate severance payments.

Dude just torpedoed his life. What an unbelievable fall from grace. What a scandal that likely will get uglier as more details come to light in the next few days.

Given the sizable contingent of folks here who dislike Michigan, feel free to take your shots at the school. We deserve it.

The university =\= their football team

The university might be worse. They had to pay out a half billion dollars because a UM physician was alleged to have assaulted over 1000 people. Yet people here scream toxic football culture. The athletics department never had any scandal that large.

Please get your facts straight. That's Michigan State, not Michigan.

No. It was at Michigan. Half a billion dollar settlement incoming over 1000 victims.

Talked about in thread, but I like a nicely summarized list:

The entire department is rotten to the core.

Not sure why it would matter. He was paid for the work he did. Michigan is an at will employment state.

Unfortunately, trashy people like gossip.

Awful time at Michigan? Men’s basketball and hockey are currently ranked #1. Michigan is going get a better coach than Moore for football. You’ll see.

So he was charged with home invasion, and breaking and entering. Apparently the only person he threatened to stab was himself- with a butter knife.

*and scissors but it's stupid to diminish this

Prosecutor in court says Sherrone Moore went to woman's house, "grabbed several butter knives and a pair of kitchen scissors and began to threaten his own life. 'I'm going to kill myself. I'm going to make you watch. My blood is on your hands. You ruined my life.'"

it COULD have been far worse, but I guess it was only butter knives /s

Because the University of Michigan administrators knew about the inappropriate relationship and unusual behavior for months before taking any action. Waited until after national letter of intent signing day. Should have disciplined coach earlier and/or at least directed him to get help for his mental condition.

Lawsuit coming.

I thought they were aware but had no proof until Monday when she came forward. They were both interviewed in the summer and denied. Could they have hired a PI? Probably. I’m not sure he has grounds for a lawsuit there. Was incredibly dumb of the AD to fire him without HR or security present though.

Also isn’t this black and white? Like if you are having an affair with a subordinate it is cause?

Could have been far worse, how? If he actually tried to saw through his wrists with a butter knife? Lol. C'mon. It was for drama.
