It’s so funny that you can’t stop and wonder why private donors would give up their $$$ to sponsor this. What are they getting out of it? If it even happens, and my guess is, he is lining his pockets with the cash and using this as a means to launder it. The result will be a disaster, incomplete and ultimately end up costing the tax payer, also, this isn’t his house, he doesn’t have authority to do it.
