I hate this so much.
|
Bad idea, given the location and its security implications. |
| It's obviously some sort of bunker / A.I. data control center / power grid they're building several stories under the WH. You all fell for this hoax that it's "Trump's ball room. All the media does is whip us from one fake "scandal" to another. |
Nobody fell for anything. People knew there was a bunker there, and have been saying that was the reason Trump tore it down. Look at the payments. Take Bezos for example, I'm sure he bribed the president to put an AWS data center in there. If the world goes to shit, he'll still be making $$$$$. |
| Just what we want…..a ballroom that can hold 5,000 guest for dinner while we foot the bill. |
And probably no better construction than Pulte Homes. I'm sure they'll be able to throw something up in two years that will last for centuries. Seems legit... |
Well, that'll make it easier to tear down and rebuild the East Wing. |
| Does MAGA.really like all the tacky gold and glitz and waste of money for interior decorating? I think of all my “humble” MAGA relatives with their hard-earned Macy’s furniture protected in plastic and inherited Hummel collection and crucifixes and portraits of Jesus in every other room, who still support Trump and praise every move he makes. 🤷♀️ |
| In a sea of really bad things about this, the worst is that our enemies probably have all of the military plans related to what is under the white house, at this juncture. |
Would assume so. |
So he can sell? So the next president is beholden to his family? |
|
A judge blocked construction today. The order takes effect in 14 days. This means we have 14 days to get the whole ballroom built before the order takes effect. I will go to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue to offer my services to the cause. Who is with me!
|
Me! Count me in, sir! I am a big guy with tears in my eyes, if that helps. |
| Basically every decision that Trump has made thus far in his administration has been unconstitutional or illegal. |
I'm thrilled that there has been a stay in construction. I hope construction can be delayed enough to kick the project into the next administration. The White House is a historical treasure and should have someone with taste making design decisions. Right now, he's torn up a granite walkway intending to use black marble for the base of the West Wing Colonnade. Marble is a terrible selection for outdoors. It is porous and it scratches easily. It will need to be redone in ten years. I hope today's judicial order prevents him from finishing his little walkway. I think Trump planned to bug the new bunker so that future presidents' secrets will be heard by our enemies. Do the architects and every construction worker have TS/SCI clearance as they should? |
