If he is found innocent be ready to see more murders by open carry individuals when they feel "threatened", and not necessarily by another weapon. The precedent will give them a license to kill.

Give me a break. Decent, law-abiding people have nothing to fear from the Kyle Rittenhouses of the world. Let's not lose sight of the fact that the three individuals shot that night were absolutely garbage human beings who were in Kenosha that night to trash public and private property. This was not some peaceful march to Selma.

Typically by turning the palm toward the ground it would make sense that it could go through the hand, hit the ground, and create the injuries to the left side of the thigh.”

Kelley also testified, when cross-examined by defense attorney Mark Richards, that Rosenbaum’s hand was on the barrel of the gun.

Rosenbaum was reaching for Kyle’s gun. He wasn’t scared of being shot; he was not scared at all. He wanted to grab Kyle’s legal gun.

Rosenbaum was screaming the n word; it’s on video. Yet Kyle is the “white supremacist”

I was trained in close proximity to a gun pointed at me to grab it and push into the assailant. I think that's what most people would do if they don't freeze up. Kyle was dressed like deranged mass shooter.

You know the photo you posted was not taken the night of the incident, correct? Why are you claiming clothes he wore made him a mass shooter? Then, you posted a picture from another time frame?

When people make crazy comments that lead one to believe they know little about this case, I can understand why people ask if they have seen the trial. There has been an insane amount of disinformation out there about the events that transpired that night. I read a left-leaning pundit make the comment that she had no idea that all the people who were shot that night were white. It is not surprising that people believed that those shot were black with all the discussion of "white supremacy" and "racism" when, in fact, this case has absolutely no race angle to it. And, that is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to horrendous media coverage.

So, for those who don't want to be called out for ignorance of the facts, either watch segments of the trial, or read up - in a reputable source - about the testimony. And, finding that reputable source has been harder and harder to come by. But, for the love of God, don't get your facts from MSNBC. They have been the absolute worst when it comes to stating facts.

Jury reports at 9 am CST to begin deliberations. I would expect any verdict returned today or tomorrow would be full acquittal. The odds of a hung jury increases as the week goes on.

I think Rittenhouse will likely be acquitted, not because he was morally justified in what he did to at evening but because of the technicalities of our legal system. From a moral standpoint, Rittenhouse is a shitbag who deserves to rot.

This won’t be Rittenhouse’s last run-in with the law, though. An acquittal will embolden him, he will get more entitled and reckless. It won’t necessarily be the same crime, but he will do something else violent and find himself in a courtroom again.

By telling, do you mean that most people have no idea what the trial evidence is, and what exactly transpired that night? If so, then yes, it is very telling.

There would be way more people in prison if every time a gun went off and killed someone the person holding the gun was convicted of murder.
