At what income do you not have a cleaning lady?

Our HHI is $280k with two full time working parents, two kids. We have two ladies come once a month. I like having the house deep cleaned all at once, and then just thinking of the next month as upkeep. We clean the kitchen all the time because we are always in there, and cook a lot. We hardly ever eat out as I would rather outsource cleaning than anything to do with our nutrition. I clean the bathroom every few days and my husband tidies up all the time. Our kids are getting old enough to clean their rooms so they do that, and the older one helps the younger one.

I feel like 1x a month is a nice middle ground for us.
