I think, for most men, the issue is not that she blew some guys at a party. The issue is that she blew a bunch of his acquaintances.

A big part of it is the fear of social judgment or ridicule from his coworkers.

This. As childish as it is, it's hard to shrug off comments of "How did we taste?" I know I couldn't and I'm not insecure.
