It never used to be this way. The boomers screwed it up for everyone. History won’t look kindly on any of the presidents we have had for the past 40 years or so.

Wrong B word. You’re thinking of billionaires.

No, it’s boomers. Billionaires do not sign bills or pass legislation.

Billionaires buy Congress and has them sign bills and pass legislation.

87% of billionaires vote Democratic.

What good is it to win an election when the whole country loses?
And we have lost so much.

We've lost our allies
We've lost our standing within the world
We've lost our sense of unity
We've lost our trust in Federal data
We've lost our moral compass
We've lost our thriving economy and our new college graduates are entering a very difficult job market
We've lost our federal workers
I can go on and on

We've lost our checks and balances
We've lost the integrity of our supreme
We've lost the integrity of our Congress
We've lost many of our constitutionalrights. To include freedom of press, freedom of speech, freedom to Assem.

We lost our jobs due to H1B
Our children’s lost their jobs due to OPT

When will someone care ?

So losing our constitutional freedoms are the cost we need to pay?

Corporations got a tax break to move our manufacturing and call center jobs overseas. Can't blame immigrants on that. That's our own policy.

There's no proof. Just made-up nonsense. It's not Democrats who are the ones pushing for tax cuts and other breaks and giveaways for billionaires, that's the Republicans. That evidence speaks for itself.

I also like paying less tax. The only people advocating for more taxes are those who think they personally will not pay more, but will benefit from the money taken from others, filtered through the government. In other words, the unproductive class. which wants handouts instead of being obliged to make their own money.

Keep deporting the welfare state illegals and move to a red state and you will pay less. Blue states will continue to spend at will.

The propaganda the “diversity is our strength” only helps to prevent unions. That’s why billionaires love democrats.

If you aren't a billionaire, you are now paying more in increased prices and tariffs than you were in taxes.

Reading this thread makes me see how out of touch Republicans are. I've seen some responses that are so blatantly untrue. It makes me wonder where they get their information.

For one, billionaires are Democrats. Really? Billionaires are benefiting the most out of this current presidency because he is so open to bribes and he is bending over backwards left and right once somebody gives him a gift. Look at all the contracts Elon Musk recently got when he was part of doge, Tim Cook, or should I call him Mr. Apple, he is giving gifts to him, and so on and so forth.
Saying that the Democrats want higher taxes because Democrats are the ones reaping all the benefits? Blue states pay more taxes and red states receive more benefits from the taxes.
Saying the Democrats are for open borders. That has never been true. That's just a weird Republican talking point that has gained traction. If you do your research, you'll see that that is not true at all, and no Democrat has ever in the history of our country said we want open borders.
Saying the Democrats want to take away guns. Again, something that has never been said by any Democrat ever.
I can go on and on. It's just really disheartening to see the misinformation and lack of information that is on display.
