“Care” is quite some dystopian doublespeak given the scientific evidence piling up globally about the harms of medicalized transition for children.

i guess i just find it so odd that anyone would think anyone would fake this.

why if you are a man or a boy, would you want to dress and live as a woman or a girl unless you HAD to because to deny this about yourself was to open the door to significant depression, suicidal ideation and self harm. What possible benefit could it infer upon you? It is beyond hard. People discriminate against you at every step. They judge you. They jeer in the streets. Kids alienate you. You are self conscious every second you are out in public. You are told you are weird and gross and euw.

There is (or was) only about 10 transwomen in sports to begin with and most of them were not even dominating their sport and were being beaten by biological females. At the expense of mass shootings
At the expense of a drug epidemic
At the expense of skyrocketing food and housing and medical costs
At the expense of EVERYTHING.

These are things doing far more harm to America than transpeople. We need 47 emergency laws and executive orders attacking transpeople but get NOTHING on any of those other far more damaging things. Priorities in this country are pretty screwed up.

Regardless of how the average DCUM feels about this issue, it’s a massive loser for the Dem party if they repeat level of support and attention that they have given this in the past.
