Ok, so why would that change if there’s a dude there? Focus on yourself, your breathing and your posture. Also who wears a pad to yoga?

NP. What? Why on earth wouldnt you wear a pad to yoga?

Also a NP because it would slide around and potentially allow a leak. You must not be a woman.

I’m a woman who prefers wearing pads to tampons for various reasons, and the risk of small leaks is one reason I don’t want a man in my yoga class. I don’t see why I should be forced to wear tampons so that some men can join my exercise class. And which woman could honestly say that she’s not more embarrassed to release gas during a yoga class with men than with all women?

Then you should probably seek out all women classes.

NP. So basically most pilates and yoga classes until men started invading? Why do you always feel it is your right to make women uncomfortable and women have to adjust themselves around you?

You're choosing to be uncomfortable. That is a YOU issue. THey are there to exercise just like you.

Signed,
a woman

No, THEY are choosing to invade women's spaces. And women are speaking out about it and standing up for themselves, and making people uncomfortable right back. If that bothers you, that's a YOU issue. Get over it.

IT IS NOT a woman's space. Your entitled attitude doesn't make it so. The class is offered to everyone. They signed up and attended just like you. Get over yourself, princess.

It IS and has always been women's spaces, whether it was labeled as such or not. A barbershop, for example, is a men's space, and there doesn't need to be a "men only" sign on the door for everyone to know that. Your lack of basic comprehension and acknowledgement of this fact is not anyone else's problem. And that's why women are pushing back.

If a class is offered to everyone it is de facto NOT a WOMAN'S ONLY SPACE. Your analogy is idiotic. Barber shops don't turn women away if they want a haircut. No barbershop has a "men only" sign at the door. You're making shit up and think you sound smart. If you want to attend a women's only class, more power to you. Go petition your gym and have them create a class for women only. Screaming how men are disgusting on DCUM accomplishes nothing other than making you sound extremely bigoted and dumb.

That's absolutely absurd. Of course there are gendered spaces that are not explicitly labelled as such. If there is a place that is 99.99% a certain gender, then yes, it's de facto a gendered space whether there is a sign on the door or not. A male barbershop, for example. Or a beauty salon, or a pilates studio, etc. Only an idiot would claim these places arent gendered.

But, one thing that the girlies seem to agree with you on, is the need for making these places EXPLICITLY gendered. And I suspect they will be opening up more and more spaces ONLY for women as a response to these male invasions. Because women dont want to be around men (excluding pickmes like yourself, if you truly are one and arent a male larping on here).

You sound extremely uneducated, misogynistic, and borderline incoherent.

Some places are explicitly gendered sure. Just not the pilates class offered to everyone. As I said before, petition your gym to offer classes only for women. Until then STFU.

No, lol. We'll keep talking about this and getting it trending on Tiktok no matter how much that bothers you. We dont care what women like you have to say anyway- out of touch and delusional.

Let me guess. You’re also someone who claims to be happy to have men using female bathrooms. Look, for the vast majority of women, bathrooms and yoga rooms are spaces where we feel vulnerable and we want to be able to focus on our business rather than having men know all that business about periods or gas or anything else. We don’t want to feel like men are checking us out, we’re don’t want to feel like we’re exposed in a sexual way in revealing yoga pants or that men are knowing things about us that we’d prefer to keep private. There’s a reason we dress in suits at work and why female bathrooms have been separated by the world until this point. We just want a few spaces in the world where we can let our guard down. Plus, men really are disgusting - they do sweat a ton more than women and they do tend to think it’s nbd to fling that sweat everywhere. That’s another reason men and women have different bathrooms - most men are basically pigs.

I'm a woman and I think you're pretty disgusting. With an attitude like that you should just exercise at home and not interact with men at all.

I'm a woman and I think YOU'RE disgusting and give off out of touch gen xer that thinks porn is edgy and empowering and that because women have abortion rights everything is totally equal now vibes. You dont even realize how old and totally out of touch you are- a total dinosaur. Glad young women are fighting back against troglodytes like yourself

And you think you're edgy by calling men disgusting? Grow up, darling.

No, I dont think it's edgy, lol. You're the only one desperately seeking male approval by spouting off MRA talking points that were dated in the late 1980s

Men's approval. Ok, little girl, I don't need to think that men are disgusting in order to assign value to myself. I guess one day if you ever have a chance to be a mother and give birth to a male child you might understand. You have a lot of growing up to do.

Okay, old woman. I hope youre pleased with where your pick me behavior has gotten you in your life. Squatting on a mommy forum for hours arguing with women and berating them that they need to be nicer to men... geez what a complete failure of a life. A toxic #boymom personified... how totally embarrassing. And the irony is, your coddling of men is exactly what will probably make your son face loneliness and an inability to manage his interpersonal relationships. if you actually didnt engage in pick me behavior, your son would be better off.

You are not well. All that hatred for men is clouding your ability to think like a rational person. Good luck.

I DO have a problem with you calling all men disgusting and thinking that pilates and yoga are intrinsically for women only. They are not!

I take Pure Barre classes regularly, and the men are few and far between. It does alter the dynamic a bit when they are in class, but whatever. I can't imagine they are there for any reason other than fitness, and more power to them if they come back after being out-planked by a roomful of middle-aged women.

Do you think being a terf makes you cool or something? If you don’t want men in your gym go to a women’s only gym. You can’t ban 50% of the population from a class you happen to attend bc you don’t like it.

We dont care what women like you have to say anyway- out of touch and delusional.

says a person who would rather post on social media than petition her own gym. Is it because you know they'll tell you to STFU too?

I guess you cant read, because we're already doing both. And you cant stop it no matter how much it irritates you. The times they are a changing, grandma.

HAHAHAHAHHA do you even know how dumb you sound? I repeatedly said IF YOU WANT A CLASS ONLY FOR WOMEN GO PETITION YOUR GYM. I have no problem with some classes being only for women. I DO have a problem with you calling all men disgusting and thinking that pilates and yoga are intrinsically for women only. They are not!

LMAO so you really cant read, huh? I already told you the girls are forming women's only classes. And the cool thing is theyre STILL calling these men out on social media, making them feel uncomfortable, and yes, insulting them. And there's literally nothing you can do about it, no matter how much of a "problem" you have with it. Deal with it! No one cares how mad it makes you

So to recap, you're getting women-only classes that you think you need and still feel the need to call men disgusting, insult them and make them feel uncomfortable for attending exercise classes and betering their health? And you think that's a sane thing to do and that I'm the problem? mmmkkkkaaayyyyyy

These have *never* been women only spaces. Men have been doing these exercises (and, inventing them) since they’ve existed.

Yeah, what's the problem? You dont want women to get together and collect speak up about their feelings on this issue? Why are you prioritizing male feelings over female ones? Hmmm?

So basically someone wrote an article about one TikTok and now it’s a “thing”.

Most women don’t GAF if men go to those classes or not.

Although the dude here who claims to be a movie star and wants to go fart in one on purpose is weird. Small d!ck energy, dude. Same type of guy who would go into a women’s bathroom because “men can go in now hahahaha!”
