We didn’t worry about letting out gas or the outline of thick pads in our yoga pants when we’re on our period etc. I can see that there should be classes available to men but there should also be female only classes available.

Ok, so why would that change if there’s a dude there? Focus on yourself, your breathing and your posture. Also who wears a pad to yoga?

NP. What? Why on earth wouldnt you wear a pad to yoga?

Also a NP because it would slide around and potentially allow a leak. You must not be a woman.

I’m a woman who prefers wearing pads to tampons for various reasons, and the risk of small leaks is one reason I don’t want a man in my yoga class. I don’t see why I should be forced to wear tampons so that some men can join my exercise class. And which woman could honestly say that she’s not more embarrassed to release gas during a yoga class with men than with all women?

Then you should probably seek out all women classes.

NP. So basically most pilates and yoga classes until men started invading? Why do you always feel it is your right to make women uncomfortable and women have to adjust themselves around you?

These have *never* been women only spaces. Men have been doing these exercises (and, inventing them) since they’ve existed.

of course they have. dont be absurd.

They haven’t though. The only absurd person is the one making up “facts”. You can’t just invent proof to make your point sound better.

Of course they have... everyone knows it. Dont be ridiculous. That's exactly why this trend was even able to take off

There is no "trend," only a sad lonely person barking at the wind on tiktok.

Sure, and the NYMag writer just made the whole thing up out of thin air. Do you watch a lot of Alex Jones?

No, darling. I'm a true feminist. You know the one fighting for actual women's rights. Not some lunatic calling men disgusting and shaming them for existing.

You're clearly not. And the Gen X, dated, "men and women are exactly the same", women should shut up and deal with it" feminism went out of style a long time ago. Youre dating yourself.

You're too dumb to understand that I am in no way ashamed of my age or my experiences. Only a lunatic (an extremely young, uneducated, inexperienced one at that) would think that she can accomplish anything by calling men disgusting while also getting the classes that she so wants. The reset of your statement is just made up shit that I never said or think. As I said before. You are not a rational person who can reason.

The writer who wrote the article couldn’t even find these videos lol. And the company that was being targeted pushed back against the crazy notion and specifically posted that they are inclusive and non-exclusionary.

You seem like one very angry person on an island.

She did write that even though she is getting what she wants she is continuing to berate men in order to make them feel uncomfortable and thinks they are all disgusting. So, not a rational person in any way.

Only an idiotic clown thinks you need male permission and approval to accomplish things. Women aren't trying to get male approval, that's what's not clicking to you because it's so out of your ability to comprehend. And look where it's gotten you! Squatting on DCUM arguing for ages, at your big age. So much for getting that male approval- what a waste of a life.

NP. I gotta say I love these young women calling it out. I think this is a though almost every woman who has spent time in public exercise classes has probably secretly thought.

You just sound sad and miserable.

Not the other poster, but I think they do have a point. You dont seem like a great example of how chasing male approval leads to a happy life in the long run. Although maybe theyre wrong and youre posting from your mansion and have lots of friends and your behavior in this thread is an anomaly

Just like the other poster (I suspect you're her sockpuppeting) you sound incomprehensible. No idea what you're trying to say.

I'm not her, but I think given the paranoia, it may be time to step away from the computer and touch some grass. It's a beautiful day outside! Life is wonderful!

Riiiight 😉 we’re totes convinced you’re not a sock puppet. Posting minutes after pp… with the same language… how dumb do you think people are

Uh oh, it seems the PP hit a nerve and now you're mad at everyone. Anyway, like I said.... it's a great day. Go call a friend, have a coffee...heck, go for a walk! I promise you wont regret it.

I know, right! And furthermore, it's kind of shitty outside. Ice everywhere. But she probably doesn't know since she is a troll from god knows where.

Not PP but good ones don’t…you must not be a pad-wearer.
Honestly I would much prefer to wear a pad to Pilates today, but I’m going to unhappily put in a tampon bc I think other women are the ones who would be horrified and judge. I don’t think the few men in class would even notice. Also in my area men do not gawk and keep to themselves (including eyes). If anything they try very hard to be unobtrusive so they’re not accused of staring at butts or flirting or anything. It’s probably different in LA or whatever

Not the other poster but this seems like sockpuppeting tbh. Are you talking to yourself?
