Tarot Readings

I’m kind of in a status quo stage of life, nothing too good or too bad, but I feel like there’s got to be something more…but I don’t know what to do.

Hello! So, what I intuited and what was pulled with the cards was not in total agreement. This could either mean I am not fully connecting to you, or that what has happened since you posted this has turned. So I hope it does resonate.

Let me start by saying of course there is more! It feels like there is a “blockage” that is stopping you from finding the more at this time. There may be a few factors contributing to this, but the biggest one is that you may be more concerned with what is expected of you and conditioned to not step outside of societal “norms”. There is a sense you (and many of us to be honest) are conditioned to think we are supposed to be happy and content with the status quo, but once we reach it, it can leave us feeling rather unfulfilled. If you could do or try anything, what would it be? If you are unsure, you may need to venture out and try something new to break the monotony. If you have a definitive answer, then do it! What is holding you back? If there is a will, there is a way and it’s important to not listen to your conditioning. Listen to you inner voice and have faith that you know what is best for you.

The card that I pulled for your current energy is the 2 of Cups. This is very balanced energy and very positive. I pulled some clarifying cards and received the 5 of Wands in reverse as well as the 6 of Wands. Since I read the energy surrounding now, this would leave me to believe you may be starting to figure this out on your own and you are not feeling as conflicted about it anymore. If this is indeed the case, the 6 of Wands is indicative of you being on the right path to move forward.

The card that I pulled that represents the blockage is the 3 of Pentacles. This is traditionally a card of building something with others. So how this could be blocking you is that this card does represent your community and you are concerned about what they think by doing something they may think is odd. Though, this could also represent your family and worrying about what they would think or feel if you did something different. If it does represent your family, I would say it is important to have open dialogue with them about how you are feeling. The clarifying card is the 8 of Wands and this is positive movement forward. So it seems any blockage you have may be mostly self imposed and once you can pinpoint exactly what it is, I think you will see things gain momentum and get you out of this energy.

The card I pulled in regards to pushing through this energy is the 9 of Cups with the 8 of Pentacles in reverse and the ace of Pentacles in reverse as clarifying. You need to find that which makes you happy. Something new may help to light a spark and get you over the hump. It should be something that doesn’t require extra hard work. So while something new may help, the “new” can also be something you go back to after years away from it. Something that you loved but had to put aside due to everyday life getting in the way.

The card that represents what can be achieved if you decide to step out of your routine, is the 10 of Pentacles with the Knight of Swords as a clarifier. This is saying to me you need to go for it. A more fulfilled and content you will be beneficial to those around you. The changes that you make will bring this about swiftly and the Knight even suggests that maybe a little bit of impulsivity could do you good.

I hope this resonates! If it doesn’t I apologize, usually when what I intuitive and the cards don’t line up, I’m off.

I am grateful for the readings you have shared, and your encouragement to each person; imho, our collective conscious evolves as well.

Will you please do a reading for me?

Could you please comment on my past; not the stuff that I do know, the stuff that I don't know? I would very much like to move forward, and I need to chose a direction or reconcile myself to the status quo; at present, I am not doing either successfully or happily. I didn't know that I didn't understand my past. I'm not adopted, but I do not understand why I am connected to my life the way I am.

Do you have a question? I can offer a card for you in return.

Thank you for your consideration.

Best wishes to you and all

Hello! I am having a tough time with your reading as well. I think I may just be having an off day, but I will let you know what I have tried to get for you anyway in case it does resonate.

This is one where I wish I could be doing this in person because I could explain better and clarify on the spot if needed. When I read what you wrote, I hear “Not in alignment with their Authentic self”. I feel like in regards to your past, this could be because you had to hide your true self due to your upbringing. There was something or someone who forced you to have to hide the powerful soul that resides in you. You had to hide it because you had to keep up appearances. An example would be you were more spiritually inclined and were raised by super religious parents. I sense that there was something about you that scared them because they felt if they didn’t wear you down, you would rebel and give them a bad name…or along those lines. You were a non conformist that didn’t align with them, so you had to go with the program that you never opted into. Do not resign yourself to the status quo! Instead, allow yourself to explore the depth that you feel resonates within you. Find what makes YOU happy and what aligns with your true nature.

I feel you need to follow your intuition more and trust that it is correct. That will be a big part of helping you figure this out.

The card that I pulled that represents your current energy is the 9 of Cups in reverse. This is confirming your current discontent. I pulled the Devil in reverse as a clarifier. It is this discontent which is causing you to do some deep digging so that you can move away from any toxicity which existed in your past. Family or otherwise. So while it’s not fun being in this type of energy, there is a productiveness to it that can help promote growth.

The card that represents what you don’t know is the 9 of Pentacles in reverse clarified by the 7 of Swords in reverse and the Emperor in reverse. I feel like there was a lot of deception. I feel like how you saw your parents and how everyone else saw them were two different things. These three cards together make me feel like there was some emotional manipulation and that may have caused a lot of turmoil within you.

The card that represents what you need to know is the 10 of Pentacles in reverse and the King of Coins in reverse. I am sensing you being left out a lot, or perhaps your well being was more of an afterthought. My father was raised by a narcissist and that is sort of the energy I am picking up here. If this is indeed the case, you need to know that you are not your parents. You have the ability to break free from this cycle and not allow it to repeat. I just pulled two oracle cards to clarify and Risk and Inheritance came out. I feel like they may hold money over your head or at least did when you were younger. You have the ability to forge your own path and I feel you should start doing the work to get to where you are supposed to be sooner rather than later.

The cards I pulled for what represents your true self are the Page of Pentacles and the 2 of Swords to clarify. The ability to make it on your own and charge ahead is fully within you and your means. You must use your intuition and believe in yourself. You are not your past and you cannot allow your past to define who you are now. You get to be whoever you want to be! You are at a crossroads and you have options laying at your feet. Take the path that leads you back to yourself.

In what way do you mean?

Hi Tarot reader. I went back to see if you answered my question but I couldn’t find my original post. I’d love your insight.

I’m working hard to rebuild my sense of personal power after a long period of rebuilding and (wonderful but heavy) internal reflection. What do I need to know? How should I approach the rest of the year?

Much love to you for sharing your gift.

Why do you ask a tarot reader?
Why not buy your own set of cards and learn to be a tarot card reader yourself?

What is my energy that affects others in some way? It seems I am needed for the hard stuff, the dilemmas, to listen, but it is rarely reciprocated.

Hi there! I had replied to you asking you to please rephrase the question. Page 9, 21:57.

I apologize, but I can only read for you since you are the one asking for the reading. Would you like me to rephrase your question as “What is the current energy surrounding me in regards to my family” or would you prefer to ask something else?

Unfortunately, I am not a fortune teller and do not predict the future as I believe in free will. I try and read the energy surrounding you, as that can be the best predictor of what can happen should you stay on your current path. However, there are numerous paths available to us at all times and changes we make (in regards to that which we can control) can change the course of that path for better of for worse. I am writing this part in hopes that other people read it as well.

I am a different poster. I initially asked about the end of summer, as transitions can hold so much power, but when I needed to re ask my question this one had more resonance. Thank you!

Anonymous wrote:Hi, I just saw this and I don’t know if you are still reading it if you are tired/burnt out by now.

If you are still going, here are my questions:

What do the next few years look like for my younger teen?

And for me: am I locked into my current patterns/responsibilities or do I have more to look forward to?

Hello! I cannot read for you teen because it is you that is coming for the reading. I will look into the energy around what you have asked for yourself.

Even without focusing on your question or pulling cards I can tell you that there is always more to look forward to! The word “Change” popped into my head. I sense that on the surface, you have more of a fixed personality that does not allow for much integration of change on a daily basis. You need to learn to let go of controlling things in a way that it will not create chaos in your life. I feel that your true nature is highly mutable and creative. So it’s almost like an all or nothing with you. Like, if you don’t dutifully stick to these patterns and responsibilities, you will veer so far off course that everything will unravel and you cannot get back to your needed patterns. I feel there is a big lesson for you to learn in this life about achieving balance. You need to learn to strike a balance between what you HAVE to do and what you can truly let go of so that you can make your way to the “more”. For instance, having children/teens and their wellbeing is a HAVE to, but always doing for others that are not a dependent is not. Focus on what you have to do and let go of the rest. Allow change to come in slowly so that it doesn’t overwhelm that which does require your attention. Life is not black and white…it’s time to find the grey.

I do feel there is a need for you to be more independent in the places that your can be so you have the chance to explore things that are of interest to you. The card I pulled that represents your current energy is the Empress in reverse as well as the 10 of Swords in reverse. Due to what you are having to take on at the moment, you are not living in harmony with your true self. Because of that, you are stuck in a place that you are having difficulty seeing beyond. Dedicating even 15 minutes a day solely to yourself for whatever you want to do may help get you over the hump. If that means getting up 15 minutes early or going to bed 15 minutes later, I feel it would be worth it. Use that time to quiet your mind, journal, or figure out how you see yourself in the future and what you want.

The card I pulled that represents the energy of the patterns and responsibilities that you are in is the 5 of Pentacles in reverse clarified by the 3 of Pentacles in reverse. Your current patterns are not allowing much time for you to be with people outside of who you are with on a daily basis. I feel those outside people may actually be able to help you see where you currently are from a different perspective. So this could be a close friend or family member who you trust, but don’t get to see often. So while these duties are causing you to be where you currently are energetically, you will be able to turn this feeling around as you hold the key to opening a new door.

The card I pulled that represents the energy of letting go of these patterns is the Ace of Pentacles clarified by Strength. So should you begin the work of taking some time to yourself and learning to strike balance, you will see new opportunities begin to present themselves to you over time. With the Strength card clarifying, it’s saying to me you will see these opportunities, but may revert back to an older mindset when you think about taking them. So it will require strength and courage for you to accept an opportunity that may come your way. Should the opportunity come, I do believe you should take it and at least try it out so there are no regrets later on.

The card I pulled that represents the outcome of you learning to let go is the 10 of Pentacles and the 2 of Cups in reverse. Should you let go, you will see a firm and balanced foundation under you. You will feel more stable than you have in a long time. You will see yourself leaving behind people who didn’t have your best interest at heart and gaining people who help balance you out and allow you to be your authentic self without judgement.

I felt the urge to pull a final card. I got The World. This card is about completion and the end of a cycle. Should you let go, you will have “leveled up” and will have the chance to start out on a new journey to help you grow even more. This card is the last in the Major Arcana and I felt a sense that you will see yourself finding that “more” soon. We can be our own worst enemy. Trust yourself. TRUST yourself.
