The new video that is out of her surprise attacking him with a camera in their home when he didn't want to participate is very helpful in understand what goes on with them. Yes, I've read about that. Still a lot for a small town family law attorney to get her out of the grips of Scientology, but I'd still like to know more. I really want to know about Nicole. They were together something like 11 years and "infertile" when they adopted those 2 kids who have now disowned her since she freed herself from the church. She broke free and...they both (Tom and Nicole) had 1 and 2 biological kids within a year or so. She seems pretty "normal" and has really flourished, but a) I can't imagine her pain that those kids consider her a "suppressive person" and won't make any contact b) I just want to know about those 11 years. Katie wisened up faster and got her daughter out (in like, a SWAT team attempt to escape), and her daughter is a "suppressive person" who hasn't seen her dad in like 7 years. It's just so bizarre. Bronson Pinchot talked about Tom Cruise being homophobic to the point of being bizarre when they were filming Risky Business, Tom's break out film. Tom acted like he was a huge star while he was a nobody and every third sentence was strangely homophobic. Like protest much TC? It's an interesting read.

WHY would any parent put a garrotte around their little recently deceased daughter to protect their underage son? It's not like he was going to go to prison! Couldn't they just have admitted the truth? Isn't the truth easier to move beyond easier than staging a murder??

np and I'd totally believe that except for the random ransom note that had been practiced more than once on the house's pad of paper. that note was CLEARLY, IMO, written by one of the family. i think the mom, based on the handwriting expert, but i cant recall. why did they write a ransom note for their missing daughter if they didn't know what had happened or where she was? and why the plan to fly immediately on vacation?

Doubt this, as Nicole’s agreement with Cruise probably contained an ironclad confidentiality obligation. Most likely, her dad knew exactly whom to contact within the legal profession to arrange for the separation/divorce.

Yes, how did a regular guy attorney beat the machine of Scientology + Tom's resources? What were the triggers that let them know they needed to have a solid plan to get Katie and Suri out? The Nicole/Tom/kids issue is fascinating also. I think Nicole's fame was built by Tom's people and she had to keep up her end of the deal.

I would absolutely love to know the details of the bolded above, but I'm not entirely surprised that Martin Holmes was able to put this together. It's called working outside the system with good people you trust, everyone keeping their mouth shut, and luck. Now how all that came together is something I would like to read.

I'm convinced that Katie Holmes's father likely worked with Nicole Kidman to get Katie out of that marriage with Suri. Nicole likely instructed them on what evidence to gather, how to exploit the Scientology system/structure, etc.

After Nicole lost her kids, I doubt she wanted to see Katie go through the same thing. In fact, you'd do anything to ensure that man (TC) doesn't hurt another mom.
