The Cambridges News and Updates ( Prince William, Kate Middleton, George, Charlotte and Louis)

The Queen looked surprisingly tiny and frail in that clip. I like her in the emerald coat, though. With that white hair, she looks great in jewel tones. Better than her usually pastels.

I’ve never seen the Queen booed ever. Let alone by a crowd.

That's seems new. Hate to think how they'd great Charles.

She looked incredibly strong for a 95 year old. Walked by herself without support and delivered a pitch perfect speech. She looks in better shape than her son and still sharp as a tack.

Depends on if Charles would be foolish enough to cause Brexit.

There have been like a half dozen assassination attempts on her, I am sure booing by an activist group is nothing new. It’s the price of power.

I agree. More than a bit. I’m not sure it’s possible to put politics aside given the realities of the situation, but it’s dismaying to see and hear a crowd booing a nonagenarian widow. I get that the potential for this is part of the package that goes along with ceremonial visits such as these, but I wish they’d save their open distaste for Charles, William, and the ballot box.

Are you including the nut who showed up in her bedroom at midnight in your ‘assassination’ attempts?

Either way those activists have a huge amount of support in nationalist Scotland.

The royals keep showing up - trying to stop the tide. So yes they’re going to get booed

William and Kate showed up in December 2020 after the Scot Minister of Health explicitly asked them not to come.

Then when the Cambridge’s got bad press, William showed back up alone in June 2021 with the nonagenarian widow.

They sent in the Wessexs right after that in early July 2021. Not to mention Charles and Camilla in June 2021 and September 2021.

Now the Queen is back again in October 2021.

That’s been the case for five decades. Then they grow into middle age and schlep their two kids and dog to visit Balmoral and learn some history. Some have the misfortune, like Sturgeon, of having to bow to the Queen repeatedly.

Two decades you say? No wonder the boos are getting more bold.

Sorry five decades. The BRF are like a bad date you can’t get rid of at this point but Brexit is certainly putting more pressure than anyone’s ever seen.

There will be a beautiful show next year with heads of states from around the world vying to bow to her. Enjoy the broadcast and keep calm!

Don't get too cocky. I believe you were planning to celebrate someone's 100th birthday in style this year as well.

I have never seen this amount of anti royalist sentiment before. This is not just the fringe. Scotland is angry. The Queen has always been exempted before.
