She's raising the heir to the throne.

Diana didn't really even try to do that job. Will knows that firsthand, and he wants Kate to actually be a mother.

The current Queen certainly didn't mother her children...and let's just say that didn't end well.

Kate works enough. As we emerge from the pandemic in a year and her kids are little older, I'm sure we will see more of Kate.

Plus, I'm sure there is a bit of a sensitivity with Will not wanting his more interesting young family to outshine his father--who has preparing his entire life for a job he hasn't actually gotten yet. My sense is Will and Charles are a bit of team: let Dad have his time, do what he's asked, and enjoy his family while he can.

YES1

If true, this is the same dumb zero-sum thinking seen in that Kate vs. Meghan Wooten article. The BRF is a family and an institution. They rise and fall together. If William shines, it reflects well on his father.

These competitive instincts they have toward each other must go back to the days when brothers organized armies against each other to gain the throne.

OMG Duchess Camilla proves you can wear over the knee boots at any age, such a fashion icon.

Fashion icon is a stretch, but she does do well for herself and I applaud any 70+ year old woman wearing over the knee boots. Might even be inspired to try some for my 55 years old self.

Camilla looks fine. My issue w/her is that she allowed herself to be "the other woman."

NP. I agree, that was a huge mistake, immensely regrettable, and neither she nor Charles *ever* had any excuse for their homewrecking ways.

However, I also think that at this point Camilla has moved on as responsibly as possible, has stepped gracefully into a vacant role as wife of the Prince of Wales after waiting a tasteful amount of time following Diana's death, and has done her duty to husband & country in a commendable fashion for years.

She messed up big time in her past, but I respect and admire the person she has become.

Sorry but as Everyone knows, she just sits at home eating bonbons

I mean between her private jet travel and helicopters - that's certainly true. You forget, her kids are in school full-time. All three of them.

Meanwhile 3 days ago William and Kate took a private helicopter on a 12 mile ride from Anmer Hall to a private airstrip, then took a jet to Ireland, where they then proceeded to stay a total of 4 hours before jetting back to Norfolk where they then took a return trip to Anmer via helicopter.

The stress of it all.

With stalkers like you, it's no wonder they have to spend so much on security. This level of scrutiny, judgment, and information is scary.

I mean if eco-warrior William and the Queen are going to lecture us about climate change, maybe they should lay off the private jet travel

I hope they keep it up and drive you into a tailspin.

Don't worry I'm much more entertained by Scexit.

The majority doesn't want it. I guess entertaining is the right word for something that is not going to happen.

The Queen went to Scotland just to make Nicola Sturgeon bow.

Your pre-occupation with the Sussexes is amusing. It does allow you to block out everything you don't want to see, I suppose.

I’ve never seen the Queen booed ever. Let alone by a crowd.
