And the GOP attacks HIM???????

That is what HE says. And, his credibility is severely in question.

Some of the defendants in the GA case are charged with making false statements and filing false documents.
If witnesses can prove that Willis and Wade lied under oath, she absolutely needs to be removed. And, prosecuted for lying.

So far, there i no proof that Willis has lied under oath. Wade may have some tax issues given his non-business charges on this business credit card (unless he paid those portions of the bill from personal accounts) but beyond that, this is a total nothingburger.

Yes, there is evidence.
A witness testified that the relationship started before Willis hired Wade - a direct contradiction to what she has said in an affidavit.

Yes, there is some evidence of that. But some evidence isn't enough. The burden is on the moving party. All they have is the testimony of one witness who is carrying a grudge. And that's up against the testimony of Wade (who obviously has his own motives). Also pretty relevant here is that they have all his credit card statements that show they were clearly taking trips together in 2022 and 2023, but not a single trip in 2019, 2020, or 2021. Seems odd if they wouldn't take any trips during the first 3 years of the relationship and then suddenly start in the 4th year.

A lot of us weren’t taking trips in 20-21. Covid.

A lot of us got vaccinated in May 2021 and started taking trips that summer.

Same. And we took trips with our family during 2020. We didn't fly, but we got airbnbs within driving distance. If they were dating, then I don't think they'd have any concerns about doing that together.

And, you believe Wade.

(Hastings is Jocelyn Wade's attorney - Jocelyn is the wife of Nathan Wade)

Hastings responded that Willis’ claim of a full-blown affair by Joycelyn was “false,” arguing that her client “was experiencing a profound sense of disconnection in her marriage” after prior infidelity by Nathan Wade.

Joycelyn Wade “regrettably reconnected with an old friend through social media and text messages were the sole extent of their contact,” wrote Hastings, who argued that her client never met in person with the former flame and the couple “successfully worked through this issue, as evidenced by the fact that it was not until four (4) years later that [Nathan] filed for divorce.”

A quick reminder that he filed for divorce on Nov. 2, 2021.
Taking trips with his lover BEFORE he filed for divorce would be more difficult.

He had been separated from his wife since 2018 and she was living in Texas for much of that.

Even the talking heads are admitting this case is over

Well, well, well.

Fani Willis just came through the doors in the court room and announced she is no longer contesting the subpoena and will now testify.
She must know things are not going well for her lover.

Funny. I can find opinions that are just the opposite. Include panelist from MSNBC

Legal analyst Caroline Polisi flatly declared on MSNBC that new testimony contradicting Fani Willis’ claims about her relationship with a colleague was “game over for her” in the election fraud trial against former President Donald Trump.

Polisi, who frequently appears on both MSNBC and CNN, did not hold back on how bad a day this is for the Fulton County DA.

“Don’t let the legalese fool you,” she opened. “This is epic. This is monumental. If things are going in the direction we think, Fani Willis lied to the court, it’s game over for her. She will be disqualified. If they had a relationship prior to when they represented truth to the court, it’s a huge deal. I can’t overstate.”

How could Willis have lied in court when she hasn't even testified?

She submitted a court filing. Is one not required to tell the truth on these kinds of filings?

Where in that 176 pages is the relationship discussed?

Good for you. A lot people still didn’t travel. What’s your point? Because you did it, they couldn’t possibly behave differently?

Trump certainly doesn't like her.

Good.
