Virginia would elect Larry Hogan. Easily.

I doubt it.

If McAuliffe were his opponent? 100% Hogan would win.

My thoughts exactly.

What is wrong with you?

The Youngkin supporter hit someone. I don’t care if the other guy was agitating which by the way watch that clip the reporter did nothing. And he definitely never put his hands on anyone the Youngkin supporter just like all Trump supporters violently hits him.

Youngkin equals Trumpism the worst of America who the H wants that crap in our government?

Who is screaming at board meetings who screams at elementary students? Youngkin supporters

Who supports Youngkin anyway? He literally supports the end of Democratic government in the US!

Your continued posts are hysterical. Really.

Truth is....... I would vote for someone who is more aligned with Trump than someone who is aligned with Biden any day of the week.
Under Trump, our country was flourishing. Economy was great. He got rid of a ton of useless regulations. Illegal immigration was under control. He was business friendly.

Under Biden, things are going to crap. Both our domestic policy and our foreign policy are disasters. Our border is a crisis. Our ports are a crisis. Afghanistan was and remains a crisis. Biden has put in place mandates that reveal his authoritarian desires.

So, the more you bring up Trump, the more we remember how bad things have become.

Got it. So if you like Trump, you will like Youngkin.

Ugh…At this point I’m disgusted by the lies and discrimination from one candidate and the tendency of the other one to raise the power of teacher’s unions. But just remembering the chaotic four years under Mr. Malevolent, I prefer to vote for the benevolent candidate who did things right some years ago.

I know people think Youngkin is some kind of Conpassionate conservative, but he was recently endorsed by Trump who basically also talked poop about Powell on the day he died.

Youngkin has been a conservative for decades living in McLean. He send his kids to private school- so don’t think for a moment he isn’t a hypocrite for trashing Terry. He is also worth 400 million. Terry is worth maybe 40 mill.

Youngkin is another Trump. Except he didn’t bring in Amazon HQ2 and didn’t support oyster farming. What he did was break apart companies to make billions for the Carlyle group- which is not a group you want to be part of.

Lame. Youngkin is not Trump. Nobody is. And of the two bad choices we have for governor, the least worst one is Youngkin, and I'm voting for him.

Oyster farming? How random is that?

NP here: it's one of the fastest growing sectors in Virginia's agricultural economy. It was basically dormant 20 years ago and now it's flourishing, with VA oysters being exported across the region and the economy. Don't trash it - the industry is a source of good jobs in rural towns on the rivers and Chesapeake.

You're living on Fantasy Island. By the time of the election, Trump had lost 4 million jobs, cratered the real economy, and my kid's daycare was shut down. My wife - who has MS - was scared sh#tless of the virus because there's a good chance she wouldn't survive it.

You're full of sh#t.

You do know McAullife lives in McLean as well...rolls into Congressional CC for golf and Arnold Palmer's and hits DC Milano regularly, correct? Youngkin is what he is, but Terry is the definition of a limousine liberal...

Youngkin doesn’t live in McLean. McAuliffe does, and sent his kids to privates and to a segregated public school (Langley), which the local School Board rep (also a Democrat) made sure earlier this year stays segregated and without any multi-family housing.

Of course they are both rich elitists, but Youngkin is more responsive to parents and community residents, while McAuliffe will do the bidding of groups like the NSBA and the VSBA.

It’s also funny that you’d attack private equity firms like Carlyle when McAuliffe invested in Carlyle and would have jumped at a chance to work for them after his term, had they seen any reason to hire him.

Ok. So they are both old, rich guys. That’s how elections work when we allow big money in politics. If you don’t like it, help push for election reform.

Out of our available options, go for the candidate with a proven track record in VA. The one who isn’t neck-deep in conspiracy theories and misinformation.
Anonymous
McAuliffe has a track record that both predates and follows his term in office, and it’s one of an unprincipled, sleazy opportunist who’ll promise the moon to key interest groups, fail to deliver on most of those promises, and look to others to foot the bill for the few that he actually pursues.

From Tom Bonier at TargetSmart: “Democratic turnout is roughly doubling GOP turnout thus far.”

Perhaps you should study what the Dem VA Sec of Education is doing to our math programs. Also, explain what they are doing to take academic merit out of TJ.

McAuliffe doesn't think parents should have a say in what is taught in the schools.

He’s trying to blend algebra & geometry concepts - like they do in countries with better math programs. And they want to add data science, statistics, etc.

That sounds pretty good to me. 👍👍

And to a lot of other parents.
