As it is for the Republicans. The D vision is "free everything for everyone, paid for by rich people". The R vision is "lower taxes, more $ in your pocket to spend as you like" instead of "we'll take your money through higher taxes and redistribute it to get more votes". So far, the R vision is prevailing. |
Yup. I earn it and want to decide how it is spent. Not have some jerk administrator in an ivory tower in Washington DC decide how MY labor is spent. |
Ok, bill. Move along |
Republicans depend on infrastructure and tax funded benefits just as much as anyone else. More so in many ways |
Ok, AOC and Bernie. F0AD1AF |
Well you voted to spend it on borrowing money that your kids have to pay back and building detention camps so that we can have a big fat prison industry for all of your kids to work in. Sure....borrowing trillions of dollars may put a little money in your pocket today so so you can burden your children and grandchildren and other future generations with having to pay it all back for you. |
Why do you not feel the same about your hard-earned money going to Israel? Over the past decades, Israel has received over 300 BILLION dollars in US taxpayer money. Why do you not have an issue with that? |
When are we getting that Islamophobic sack of trash Gillibrand censured and impeached/expelled from her seat?
We don’t need Senate seats filled by weirdos who think that the hand gestures of a comedian are a greater sin than the words of a racist, intolerant demagogue who has only done damage to their own party in the past 10 years. Sayonara, Kirsten! |
Well, other than in actual results over the last 40 years of "trickle down" economics. |
AOC and Bernie were elected. Bill Ackman was not. He’s scum of the earth |
The most vocal critics of Mamdani are Zionists, yet they always stay silent when this is raised. New York ranks #1 of all US cities in terms of highest amount of taxes being sent to Israel. |
During which the economy has flourished, albeit with ups and downs along the way. GDP has grown an average of a little over 3% annually over the last 40 years. Incomes have grown an average of 1.6% annually, on average. Lower income households saw a lower rate of growth, but they still saw growth. Doesn't seem like anything to complain about. |
Exactly. It is despicable. People attacking him and AOC and Bernie - who were legitimately elected by Americans- while supporting a foreign countries involved in our govt |
Nobody cares. Why aren't you whining about remittances sent abroad by immigrants, money which leaves the U.S. economy? Maybe you'd like to snivel about U.S. participation in NATO - foreign countries! "Zionists" as the bogeyman isn't playing well. |
Not playing well. The whiff of desperation behind that statement is putrid … |
