opens state run grocery stores that will run other chains (like Gristede's) out of NYC
taxes the rich so they move to Florida, depleting the city's tax base

I don’t see why. We have all been saying free and fair primaries. Everyone is tired of the Andrew Cuomos of the world. I’m not a New Yorker so my opinion doesn’t matter much here, But nationally we are probably going to see some establishment dems get chopped.

Agree - I don't like a lot about Mamdani but there's a reality here that Democrats need to wake up to and confront. Voters are sick and tired of lackluster corporate establishment Democrats.
