They need to offer the AP US citizenship. That will flip her. And it is reasonable offer for cooperating with a killer. We may not like her or the thought of this offer, but it is for greater good.

I really think it would help. Have had many APs including from Brazil. And her attorney would be a fool not to encourage her to take it.

Is that even legal? I'd guess no.

If she was scoffing @ him today, hopefully she will take a plea, give evidence, serve a shorter sentence and be deported.

I am sure they could get the federal govt to go along with it as a cooperating witness. I am sure there is a way.

No way, this is way too low level for that. It's a guy who killed his wife, tale as old as time. He's not El Chapo or some terrorist leader.

No, sorry. Maybe I expressed myself wrong. She wasn’t scoffing at Brendan. She scoffed at the prosecutor when he said Brendan was pleading the 5th to protect her and not him.

She isn't an idiot, of course it was to protect HIMSELF. So, maybe cracks are starting to appear as the reality of her trial dawns. We shall see. They will keep offering a plea deal.
