Is that even legal? I'd guess no.

If she was scoffing @ him today, hopefully she will take a plea, give evidence, serve a shorter sentence and be deported.

No, sorry. Maybe I expressed myself wrong. She wasn’t scoffing at Brendan. She scoffed at the prosecutor when he said Brendan was pleading the 5th to protect her and not him.[/quote]

She isn't an idiot, of course it was to protect HIMSELF. So, maybe cracks are starting to appear as the reality of her trial dawns. We shall see. They will keep offering a plea deal. [/quote]
