At the end of the day, ultimately IJ will lose his job too. There’s no way they’re keeping ‘your morning show’ or whatever it is.

That wasn't provided to me but that's the real reason.

You heard it here first folks.

Ok will he be charged and when will the news come out to the public?

If he assaulted IJ why would he go on the air and basically give a eulogy glorifying him?

It’s not true...Just another troll speech.

Maybe he had a drug or alcohol problem and went to rehab a few weeks ago? (Possibly iHeart made him go?) and when he got out he of rehab and went back to work he relapsed and that was the final straw for iHeart. Would make sense as to why he was away then came back right before getting fired.

I don't know the laws of getting fired due to substance abuse problems but it could be defined as a health issue which they wouldn't be able to disclose. Again I'm not sure how the law works with this type of stuff just guessing there could be consequences to both iHeart and Kane if this is the case which would be why the departure was publicized to seem amicable.

I wonder which of the remaining people on the show will leave next? You know they've got to be figuring that YMS is very temporary and will be looking for new jobs...

That's what I've been wondering since it was announced. We all know that show is temporary and they don't do well enough without Kane. I'm just waiting to see where ol' Pete pops up next so I can listen in. Maybe back to his Sirius(XM) roots?

I wonder what that means for Rose. She’s based out of Tampa. Makes me think she’ll either need to relo up here or that they really aren’t planning on keeping YMS.

Sarah Fraser is a reputable, honest, decent person and she said he was abusive to Natasha and her and Samy. There was a lot more going on than just yelling.

Like what? That’s what people have been asking for over and over and all we here is some intern’s gossip from years ago that is a big nothing burger. What type of abuse did Sammy and Sarah experience?

That’s exactly what I want to know. Aside from a bitchy attitude and someone yelling at you what was abusive? That describes a few of my past department heads from a few of my last commands. We’ve all been there right?

No one is going to talk. Large corporations and their NDAs and settlement agreements are very tight.

However, the radio industry has a LONG trail of bodies: a-holes, addicts, and abusers. Kane isn’t special, but rather the last (handful) of a dying breed. It’s one positive outcome of music and morning show streaming.
Radio isn’t god, and we no longer have to put up with narcissistic addicts controlling the airways.

If no one is going to talk, then all the comments alluding to “abuse” “narcissism from his former coworkers (and a random intern) need to stop. There is zero value added with all these vague comments.

THIS. ^^ Either give us actual legit evidence or shut up.

Where there is smoke there is fire. Spend your time calling iheart to petition them to lift the ndas instead of defending someone who seems to have no defenders among any of his recent cohosts (other than IJ)

There is no smokr you idiot because no one is saying anything. You’re just a troll that knows but pretends you have a crumb of information.

I'm the PP. I have not said I know anything at all. I'm a different (new!) poster. But I was an everyday listener from probably 2010-2015. Listened to Sarah and Sammy leave abruptly and was sad and confused about it. Listened to everything that went down with Danni and felt that they had been disrespectful to her for a long time in a way they were not to Sarah, at least not overtly. I was listening the day he had a nervous breakdown on air and trashed his wife for an hour and a half. That was one of the last days I listened.

I also googled around after each of those things. I googled when I heard Mel left awhile later. I thought it interesting that Mel and Sarah and Danni all seemed to feel the same way. I thought it interesting that Sammy never said anything at all. I found it interesting none of them were able to speak freely about what happened. You guys are always talking about how Danni is a drama magnet and how that makes her a bad person and you know, I'm not going to comment on whether she's a good or bad person, I don't know her, but you're right about the drama. Heck she got her start on that show Bridezilla! But I don't see how you can sling that mud at Danni and not realize Kane has just as long and storied a trail of drama and grossness behind him. And an arrest for domestic violence.

That's not how NDAs work you idiot. It's a two way NDA. It protects the employee and the company. Both of whom don't give a rats ass if you petition them until you die. They do not have an obligation of disclosure to you or anyone else outside of the company.

All you are going to get is rumors and 'hints' from anonymous people. No one in the industry is going to talk, no matter how badly they need money or attention.

Which is all made up, they’re just getting their jollies by stirring up people on the Internet.

Then how come there isn't a bucket load of innuendo and rumor about Elliot or Jack Diamond?

I assume you’re looking for an answer other than - Because Kane thrives on drama?

I never said I knew anything at all. This is an anonymous message board where people speculate. Why are you here if it bugs you so much?

I heard the reason that Eric’s knee is busted is because of Kane. Kane assaulted him.

No he clearly didn't leave for bigger and/or better or the press releases would have led with that. He was cancelled in all markets and syndication with no comment. I'd expect the only place for him to be popping up is the unemployment line.
