You can hear them on the video telling her to move when they were next to the car. |
This has been explained time and time again with video evidence. Let me guess, are you still asking why Biden didn’t release the Epstein files? Have you figured out who shot JR? |
| Sorry for not reading 102 pages but why was ICE interacting with her in the first place? |
None of that creates legal justification for killing her. |
Yes, not in harm's way. Grocery store parking lots are more dangerous than what's on that video. |
Not true at all. The agent shares blame if he's acting recklessly, which he was, against DHS policies. |
Do you have video/audio of the masked men rushing her vehicle identifying themselves as ICE? Would she not have been violently thrown to the pavement if she had opened the door? |
She clearly says “I’m pulling out” in the video. |
Lots of people cosplaying as online lawyers here. Can anyone link to a detailed legal analysis by, or an interview with, an actual attorney with experience evaluating use of deadly force by LE? |
Only if you have a dumpy build, Nazi haircut, and a prissy bandanna over your face. |
Just YouTube one. There are TONS posted, and not one supports Jonathan Ross in this. |
Firing on fleeing suspects has been illegal for almost as long as I am alive and I had a colonoscopy this week. |
And she would already have been gone if the car parked behind her hadn't moved around her and cut her off. |

I'm not some expert but based on common sense of someone who just looked at these videos:
Could she have been more careful and less reckless? Yes of course. We can all name numerous things she could have or should have done. Still doesn't make this self defense imo. The ICE agents seemed totally disorganized. Some are telling her to leave while others are approaching the car. This russ guy walks and stops in front of her car as his colleagues are/were telling her to leave. And who in their right mind would ever stand or saunter in front of a car in a high stress situation? His behavior defies logic. It's not like she committed a crime and you have to put yourself in harm's way to prevent an escape. I don't even walk in front of turned on cars in the parking lot unless I make eye contact with the driver. And when he does see the car moving forward, his first reaction is to shoot?? I would guess 99.9% people's reaction would be to jump out of the way. |
You're right about that. She wasn't fleeing. She was pulling out like she said she was doing. Then the snowfake Jonathan Ross murdered her while putting the other two agents at risk of errant shots. |
