When two classless schools meet this is what happens.

-Sincerely not a DeMatha or PVI fan.

Sounds crazy. I didn’t even know DeMatha had a baseball team.

The pattern of poor conduct is DeMatha. The school administration and coaches need to get this under control and fast. If they keep it up I am telling Paul Rabil. I am serious.

In Christianity, "Easter Sabbath" often refers to Holy Saturday, the Saturday before Easter Sunday, which marks the day Jesus rested in the tomb after his crucifixion. It's a time of quiet reflection and mourning before celebrating the resurrection on Easter Sunday. Some Christian traditions, like those of the Eastern Orthodox Church, also call Holy Saturday "Joyous Saturday" or "the night of light and joy".

Exactly.

They definitely deserve each other. And mad respect for (1) the accuracy of your catechism, and (2) applying same to a couple of catholic schools, whose parents ostensibly agree enough with this since they pay big money to send their spoiled brats to be guided by that catechism. That said, 30 years ago my CYO coach would tell us that God wanted us to deliver His righteous wrath on our opponents. So, there’s that.

Jesus Saves!…and then sends it over to the fast LSM to start the clear. Let’s get back to lax folks.

They after the conference playoffs are over, the DMV should start doing a WCAC IAC and public school showdown. Top 3 Teams from each and have a big playoff that would be a lot of fun

These rankings look about right. I'd maybe swap Episcopal with PVI, even though EHS beat PVI earlier in the season, but it might have been a fluke.
St Albans also just knocked off Episcopal on Thursday. Georgetown Prep is quietly starting to rack up some wins, the Hoyas vs Bullis next week will be a game to watch.

PVI is better than their record shows them to be; they los to DeMatha in OT and lost to SJC by a goal in the past week. The WCAC playoffs are as wide-open as they have been in well over a decade. I really believe any one of these teams has a chance to bring home the trophy: GZ, SJC, PVI, DM and GC.

That’s all well and good, but what about the PVI and DM soap opera? And shouldn’t all this Jesus talk generate atleast one Heights homer post?

The parents might be interested in this but the schools aren't. After lacrosse season ends, the timing is such that the seniors are done too. The coaches, staff and players are ready to move on past high school and get ready for graduation. The Geico Tourney was a quick cup of coffee as schools realized there was very little to gain in playing past the current calendar. Why also would you subject the public schools to this kind of beat down?
