She likely works at a NoVA hospital. She mentioned picking up a case of wine at Total Wines on the way home from work - there's none in DC or in nearby MD suburbs. Total Wine is all over Northern VA. She wouldn't go out of her way from DC to visit a Total Wine to save a few bucks, plenty of good wine shops in Georgetown (we live here, we know what's around).

She also mentions walking to a Turkish restaurant. There is a Turkish restaurant across the street from Total Wine in McLean.

Property taxes are higher in Nova. We paid way more than that on our $1.3 million house in Fairfax County.

Folks, identifying this individual is not something that we would allow on DCUM. There is a chance that you will misidentify the person and drag an unrelated person into this mess and/or you could be correct about the individual but get other things wrong.
