Obama didn’t need his intelligence team to tell Trump’s team anything. Obama told Trump personally less than a week after the election.

But if you don’t believe that, let’s turn to the receipts. Elijah Cummings sent Mike Pence who was in charge of the transition team an official letter from the House Committee informing him of problems with Flynn the day after Trump met with Obama in early November 2016. Return receipt requested.
