Trump supporters, at this point, are either not very bright/gullible (believe him in spite of mountains of evidence to the contrary), unbalanced (believe crazy conspiracy theories), or soulless like him (give me my money). That's it. That is your answer. People in the first two categories need our help (and I mean that sincerely, not sarcastically). |
All of it's resources to go after $500 Million? Is the IRS going broke and has no resources, or are they rich enough to not need the $500MM? |
His supporters will eventually turn on him. I'm sure there were people supporting Nixon too, up to a point. |
What help can we reasonably be expected to give people who, in their ignorance and stupidity, are hostile to truth, to facts? What can even be done for people who act and think like cult members, denying what they know to be true? Trump is a criminal on a massive scale and there’s zero recognition from them. |
Well, you could learn how to take advantage of them. |
Not the pp, but that's where I'm at right now; it the American public acts like so many rubes, how can I take advantage of them? Trump's done this and his supporters love him for it. Trying to figure out how to monitize while I write this. |
What's the likelihood IRS, NY State, etc. will ACTUALLY going to go after them? Rich run the world, they do whatever they want. I wish an agency would prove me wrong but I'm not holding my breath. |
You could start by telling them how special and smart they are. Then make them a promise that they can be so rich, their neighbors and dumb liberals will be so jealous. Tell them that you are a successful businessman and you can help them make money in real estate. Throw some religious BS in there about how God wants them to be richer than their neighbors and to have a nice hot Russian bride. You know, because they’re special. Park a rented Lexus our front, hand out embossed business cards from your LV bag, flash a few hundreds, and then profit! |
This is just a snippet of the criminal that DJT was and continues to be ... Tax fraud, Greenmailing, it goes on and on.
This investigative piece should be read by any informed voter. All you Republicans can cry fake news. All you Dems can demand the release of our fine President's tax returns. As quoted from the NYTs: During the 1980s, Donald Trump became notorious for leaking word that he was taking positions in stocks, hinting of a possible takeover, and then either selling on the run-up or trying to extract lucrative concessions from the target company to make him go away. It was a form of stock manipulation with an unsavory label: “greenmailing.” The Times unearthed evidence that Mr. Trump enlisted his father as his greenmailing wingman. On Jan. 26, 1989, Fred Trump bought 8,600 shares of Time Inc. for $934,854, his tax returns show. Seven days later, Dan Dorfman, a financial columnist known to be chatty with Donald Trump, broke the news that the younger Trump had “taken a sizable stake” in Time. Sure enough, Time’s shares jumped, allowing Fred Trump to make a $41,614 profit in two weeks. Later that year, Fred Trump bought $5 million worth of American Airlines stock. Based on the share price — $81.74 — it appears he made the purchase shortly before Mr. Dorfman reported that Donald Trump was taking a stake in the company. Within weeks, the stock was over $100 a share. Had Fred Trump sold then, he would have made a quick $1.3 million. But he didn’t, and the stock sank amid skepticism about his son’s history of hyped takeover attempts that fizzled. Fred Trump sold his shares for a $1.7 million loss in January 1990. A week later, Mr. Dorfman reported that Donald Trump had sold, too. |
This needs to be bumped up every day until it is the no. one story people are discussing.
Criminals are in charge of our nation, folks. That's the gist of this explosive story. Your dear leader frauded the treasury of $500 million. Think of how many paper towels that could buy for Puerto Rico. Or beds for vets living on the streets. |
NYS and NYC tax regulators have opened investigations: https://www.nytimes.com/2018/10/04/us/politics/donald-trump-fred-trump-tax-schemes.html |
Trumpsters don’t care because they already assumed that Trump probably games the system to pay less tax. It would be more surprising if he was completely honest.
Most conservatives hate the IRS anyway. |
These schemes that Fred Trump and his son Donald undertook in the 80s and 90s are probably the same exact schemes that Donald has implemented with his own children. Like father like son. It's also highly likely that Trump undervalues his current real estate holdings for tax purposes to pay less to the IRS.
No doubt also that certain real estate transactions involving oligarchs are devised to launder money. I'd love it if the NYT could do an equally exhaustive investigative report on DJT over t he last 2 decades. But then again, Mueller and the SD of NY is probably already doing that now. It is no wonder that this President doesn't want his returns made public. Republicans all would praise Trump for his cleverness defrauding the US government. |
The Trumps also enlisted the help of a corrupt appraiser Mr. Von Ancken. He worked with the Trumps for decades and was reliable at undervaluing or inflating property values depending on who the family was defrauding, either the IRS, HUD, state of NY, or some unsuspecting buyers or the tenants of their buildings. "Of all the GRAT appraisals Mr. Von Ancken did for the Trumps, the most startling was for 886 rental apartments in two buildings at Trump Village, a complex in Coney Island. Mr. Von Ancken claimed that they were worth less than nothing — negative $5.9 million, to be exact. These were the same 886 units that city tax assessors valued that same year at $38.1 million, and that a bank would value at $106.6 million in 2004." |
Isn’t that the truth. Couple of things: if the Democrats win big this November, I hope they spend the next two years making it so that Donald is fully investigated and making laws so that from now on, all presidential candidates have to show their taxes and prove their fitness to be in office. |
