No, in her post in February, she says she moved to DE in December with her husband for his job, and he is now wanting to divorce - so she moved there in December, and about 2 months later, in February, he asked for divorce.

Those were the words from a crazy wife who could not accept that her husband no longer wanted to be married. She said she moved for his job, not that they lived together. She might have followed him hoping to reconcile.

In Deleware he would get 1/2 of her assets and she had a lot of assets.
In Illinois is an "equitable state", he would have been given a "fair" amount of her assets.

Illinois? They'd were from Indiana and had been living in North Carolina before moving to Delaware.
