I'm not sure how you figure that. I went back and watched the routines from the 94 Olympics. Oksana was amazing. She just was. She went into the Olympics as the front runner and she deserved that gold.

ABC has a 2-hour special tonight at 9 p.m. Eastern Time about Tonya Harding. I haven't paid money to see the movie. If there is nothing else to watch, I will watch it.

I was 14 when this happened and even then I thought it was INSANE that everyone thought the gold was locked for only Tonya or Nancy- yes, a few countries tend to dominate the Olympics but the winter olympics?! you can't count out the huge, cold sport nations, and these kids competing in 94 still grew up in the government funding programs!

Nancy Kerrigan was so pretty and graceful but she just was not better than the field. She might not even have been really the 2nd best even!

Oksana had injections of medicine, Olympic approved in her body. She would not have been able to skate without those injections. Nothing illegal, but she grew into an awkward adult. She wasn't a great athlete. She also played up the poor little Russian orphan girl act and skated to American Broadway tunes.

Nancy Kerrigan was the better athlete and skater.

What happened to Nancy as far as the assault was tragic and unfair. But she would not have won gold that year regardless. Her own coaches even stated she was only training at 70% BEFORE the attack because of all the endorsements she was doing. I get that you love her. But she wasn't robbed.

Tonya needs to forgive her mother and quit feeling sorry for herself. She had two arms and two legs. She still sounds so sarcastic. Oh, poor Tanya had to go to a mall in Portland, Oregon to practice on the ice skating ring.

Tonya sounds just like her alcoholic mother. Her mother denies being an alcoholic just like Tonya denies everything. Tonya is a liar and now we know Hollywood is too.

The mother says she worked 4 jobs to pay for Tonya's lessons. Maybe Tonya was just a mean person.

Nancy Kerrigan was elegant. She reminded me a lot of skaters like Peggy Fleming and Dorothy Hamill. The elegance of the ice skating is why a lot of people watched it.

Absolutely. Tonya's mom probably had a pretty rough upbringing, herself, and likely did the best she knew how to do for her daughter.

Tonya wound up with a life so full of promise and she just tossed it all into the garbage. She was around the best figure skaters in the world, she had people wanting to help her to succeed. Instead she chose to hang around a bunch of low life imbeciles. You can lead a horse to water....

Tonya lies like a sociopath. She did during her Connie Chung interview in the 90's and she continues to do so now.
