Examples - Wash Latin waited ~8 years to get in final space. LAMB had 'rights' to their Mo Ave building early (before opening) but it was 4-5 yes before that was available. Cap City spent many yes above a CVS and then moved across town (no green space for nearly a decade).

This. Lee parents, I know it's hard but you should try to chill and know that this comes with the process. "All these schools" that recently got perm locations have moved 2-4 times over 5 years. You are only in year 2. You're lucky that you will not even have one move in three years of existing. I don't think you understand how relatively well things have been for you.

Can you stop with the patronizing comments please. The hysterical posters checking here repeatedly about the location aren't current Lee parents. They are prospective parents who are new to charter schools and the lottery. We get our info from the school not DCUM.

I'm a Lee parent and have been posting today (that yes, the basement is a very likely go for 2016 but there might be bad news ahead for 2017) but agree this thread was resurrected by prospective parents trying to finalize their lists. Good luck to them. Glad I'm off the lottery hook for another year at least.
