In the Bridges of Madison County when Meryl is in the truck with her husband and they stop and she sees Clint E. and she grabs on the door for dear life like "FUCK I GOTTA STAY HERE WITH THIS MOFO AND THESE KIDSSSSSSSSSSS"

The standing in the corner in the dark bit from Blair Witch. I still can't fully enter a basement without the lights totally on.

This scene always makes me think of what Joan Rivers said- if Rose had been skinnier, Jack could have fit on the floating door too.

Indiana Jones and the temple of doom: the heart and lava scene, and the monkey brains and snakes at dinner. I was way too young when I saw it.

a Christmas story: the bully ass-kicking scene in the snow.

When they show the dead body at the end of stand my me (and hearing about rivers early death...even creepier now knowing what happened to him).

The maggots and worms in the Chinese food in the lost boys.

The scene where goose dies in top gun and also Meg Ryan's grief afterwards.

Doc getting shot in back to the future.

Clearly, I was a young child in the 80s and was way to immature and wussy to process some of these scenes.

Hawkeye: You be strong, you survive... You stay alive, no matter what occurs! I will find you. No matter how long it takes, no matter how far, I will find you.

Love that movie. For me its when the younger daughter, Alice, steps off the cliff after Uncas dies. The blank look on her face as she just goes.

Another LOTM fan here. Hawkeye and Uncas are both hot. My favorite part is either when Hawkeye and Cora hook up at the fort.

I'm not even that big of a Lord of the Rings fan, but the scene in Fellowship when Arwen tells the Nazgul: "If you want him, come and claim him."

I still get goosebumps every time.

When Richard Gere sweeps Debra Winger off of her feet at the end of "An Officer and a Gentleman."

Alan Ricman is on my mind -- at the end of the Deathly Hallows when he says "always" when asked about his love for Harry's mother. Snape broke my heart and Alan Rickman played him with all of the charisma and tragedy of that character

I know it can't be classified as a movie - but the Pride and Prejudice mini series scene at Pemberley... Colin Firth in a white shirt walking out of the lake...I about fainted with lust.

The last scene in the blair Witch Project where the light flashes for a few seconds and you see the kid standing in the corner with his back to her and you know she's about to get slaughtered!!! Scariest scene ever.
