| So many parts of The Ring. Was very freaked out by staticky TVs for a long time. |
|
Napoleon Dynamite when Napoleon gives Tina the Llama the casserole and he tells her "just eat it Tina". DH tells the kids that whenever there's pushback at meals and I'm the only one who laughs.
And the opening scene with the nurse "having like 50 chapstick in her drawer." |

The garbage truck/food truck scene from "The cook, the thief, the wife and the lover"....
The opening bathroom scene from "train spotting" Both scenes are very intense |
| In the movie Philomena, when Martin is looking at Philomena and she realizes her dear son is dead. I wished I had watched this movie at the theater, it's one hell of an emotional journey. |
This is exactly the scene I was going to mention. Horrific! |
|
in Cache when Daniel Auteil agrees to go to the home of his childhood companion then proceeds to witness the guy slashing his own throat.
In Oldboy when the protagonist realizes he's been having a relationship with his own daughter. |

Man On Fire.
Creasy (Denzel Washington) and Pita (Dakota Fanning) on the bridge. "I love you, Creasy. And you love me don't you?" "Yes I do." |

Grease 2.
Michael (Maxwell Caulfield) & Stephanie (Michelle Pfeiffer) on the motorcycle. She's sitting behind him until he reaches back, puts his hand under her ass, and swings her around to face him from the front. HOT! LOL. |

Dead Poets Society
The "Oh Captain, my Captain" scene after Keating is fired. |
| I didn't read this entire thread but I am surprised I didn't see anyone say the "come play with us" scene from The Shining. I'm sure there are more profound movie scenes I have seen in my life, but that is the image/scene that sticks with me the most and always gives me the shivers. |
