THis question is a little stupid anyway, since it depends on how old you currently are. Meaning, making $100k in 1990 was A LOT more impressive than making that today. So breaking that barrier in 2012 at the age of 27 is a bit less of an "oh, wow" than breaking it at 32 in 1987. Or whatever.
