We have been checking out country clubs in the Fairfax area. We are looking for a family friendly place, not stuffy and nice tennis and workout facilities. So far, Springfield Golf and Country Club is looking like a great place for us. BEAUTIFUL new indoor tennis facility with work out room. They have some great adult and kid activities and the membership seems down to earth.

Columbia and Chevy Chase club too. Chevy chase tends to be the legacy families.

I just joined Congressional and am not a legacy, am not important and do not have tons of cash. We just applied, waited a few years, and paid our 110K.
