I understand that's a part of the gig, yes, most of Usha and JD's travels - which as parents of little ones will frequently include all three kids - will be covered by us for the next few years. I don't care. We paid for Michelle and her girls to fly to Hawaii to meet their dad, I believe we paid for an Obama family trip to Spain, etc.

I am unsettled because Usha announced this trip a day after her husband went on television and said the president would seize Greenland by any means necessary.
