Who do you think is going to win and why?

I am very confident Harris/Walz will win, there’s a well-coordinated GOTV campaign, the early voting is largely from Democratic strongholds, the campaign is extremely well-funded, broadly supported, and well-run. I think the trolling here has some folks spun up but there is no utility in worrying. I don’t think Trump has it in him to take this, and I don’t think post Georgia voting decision, that there’s a good-enough campaign to do more than feebly try to push against legitimate election results by the GOP. Police aren’t going to repeat January 6; they aren’t going to get hit and maimed and killed for a lunatic fringe to shit-fit over a Harris win.

European reporting which of course does not go fringe-poll-rabbit-hole largely supports a Harris landslide FWIW.

You read internal, leaked, GOP polls? Where? You didn’t screenshot them? Why can’t you link to them?

She also has spent way, wayyyyy too much time talking about Trump, instead of what HER vision and plans are.

There’s a million people on the news shows that go after Trump 24/7. That’s covered. She doesn’t need to do it herself.

The whole campaign has been a disaster. Joe Biden would’ve been better.

Every word up there is a lie.

dp- democrats have adopted (since 2016) the habit of calling words and opinions they don’t agree with “lies.”

Democrats are fixated on calling anyone with a different opinion or different political viewpoint a liar, a troll, a russian bot, etc.

It’s very toddler like and embarrassing, yet they continue.

So I have heard from a few folks close to the ground that a number of internal polls and data dumps for the GOP are actually pretty bad. First time I am hearing definitive whispers on that side, concerning Trump and his ship leaks more than the sieve.

Democrats love rumors with no sources and zero citations. They love gossip and think it’s something they should spread, while demanding others provide sources and evidence.

That's pretty good coming from data-driven, research-based Trump. Let's put this in words you believe: "People are saying..."

I think Harris is going to win. I keep seeing stories about the shocking lead Trump has and how early voting is going for him. But this in is conservative media and it will bolster the pending lawsuits for Trump on the days after election. I think there is a big push in the conservative media to support his claims of a stolen election. America is over Trump but Trump didn’t get the message. Buckle in! It’s going to be a wild ride!

Ok, so why are democrats referencing “whispers” and talking about internal polls they read somewhere (where?) but can’t link to?

If democrats are so data driven and research based, why are they talking about whispers and polls they read somewhere but can’t identify? I thought they were better than Trump? Seems they are the same.

The price of groceries is killing a lot of lower and middle-income families. The latest data on FHA loan delinquency and credit card delinquency is actually quite scary. I make good money and am thankful for that, so I can absorb it, but my blood pressure still rises when I have to pay $7 for a three pack of cucumbers. Chuck roast has gone from mid $4/lb to $6.95 at Costco.

I can't even imagine how frightening the grocery bills are for some young couples just starting in their careers. I remember the early days of married life and entry-level salaries and there were stressful days and sleepless nights. I don't regret it. It's a rite of passage to struggle and save when young and build a nest egg for your golden years, but that was in the boom years of the 90s. Thinking about going through that with grocery prices now literally makes me feel sick.

My analysis of whether Biden/Harris are to blame for the inflation is mostly "yes". She cast the deciding vote on a lot of spending, and that's inflationary for sure.

Trump will inherit an economy of delinquent bills and will be falsely blamed for a coming recession. However, if he exacerbates the situation with tariffs - that's his own stupid fault.

I’m so F’ing SICK AND TIRED of hearing people complaining about the price of groceries. That sh!t is so played out it’s pathetic.

And really, why are we placing so much power in the hands of low income earners who clearly haven’t achieved much in life and are now complaining that hamburger helper is too expensive? Gee, I dunno, maybe you should’ve applied yourself a bit more in school and made something of yourself so the price of groceries aren’t a backbreaker for you? So now you’re going to vote for trump because groceries are expensive and then we get Project 2025 and Handmaid’s Tale and probably world war 3 and irreversible climate change and Jews and LGBTQIA people all getting shipped off to death camps…. because poors voted for trump because groceries cost more.

FML….. this is such bullsh!t.

You are so insensitive. I don't give a c**p about LGBTQ issues if my family can't have groceries.

Similarly, my ovaries dried up years ago, so I don't give a crap about a woman's right to choose. ((Not spreading your legs for every Tom, Dick and Harry is also a good piece of advice I'd give the younger gals.)) I need a President who isn't so stupid that she believes inflation is caused by "greedy corporation" and that the government should ever get in the business of price controls.

The primary thing driving this election is the economy.

It appears that your brain dried up years ago as well. You lost me at “Not spreading your legs…”

CNN has a firewall now.

Reagan and O’Neill could work together because they had two different approaches to solving common problems.

The problem today is you have a progressive movement shouting that there way is the right way and if you don’t agree you get shouted down, labeled as a liar, etc. Progressives are a ragtag bunch of misfits. The question is, are there enough misfits to tip the scale of power in this country.

We will know on November 5th or 6th or 10th, well sometime soon.

Why do people keep bringing up the popular vote? Nobody gives a crap about the popular vote since it doesn’t matter

I also predict that Harris will be the most unpopular President ever and despite being elected President and being the most powerful person in the world, we will be told over and over that her unpopularity is due to racism and sexism. Because that’s a pattern for her.

She does but deserve to be anywhere near the presidency.

Cannot believe the whole country is falling for her schtick.

They messed up San Francisco now they are coming for the rest of the country.
