You are delusional. People hate trump but not ‘yellow dog’ hate. I don’t even think he will make it through campaigning without crashing. |
Yes, people 'yellow dog" hate Trump. He is a malignant narcissist and habitual liar. Pretty tough combination to love or even like. |
said tax-cuts would be a distraction for the project2025 mess he will impost, and ironically, everyone but the oligarchs and favored politicos lose, particularly his base voters. |
He doesn't have Parkinson's...not even close. |
My MIL has Parkinson’s, and I don’t think Biden has that particular disease, which usually starts with tremors, not cognitive decline. The tremors would be visible by now considering his slurring, confusion, loss or words, etc. He has something else. Probably just non-specific Mild Cognitive Impairment, which is a precursor to more severe dementias. I also believe trump has MCI. It’s very common among the elderly. Neither are fit to be President. |
Which Biden, by some forthcoming, non-partizan, completely delusion-free logic, is not. |
Right. He doesn't have Parkinson's. He has late-stage Alzheimer's. |
Uh, no. Tell me you know nothing about Alzheimer’s disease without telling me. SMH |
Tell me you're just making stuff up without telling me. SMH. |
I’ll preface this by saying that I’m voting blue, matter who—-BUT, I’m in a state where the polls aren’t close and aren’t likely to tighten much, so my vote will count more in down-ballot races.
I think my frustration stems from the fact that I’m seeing my own mother in decline (in her late-80s), and there are so many similarities. I’d say 80% of the time she’s sharp, watches Jeopardy, does the NYT crossword daily. Then she can say or do something completely off the wall, that makes you doubt how much she might be covering up that 80% sharpness. I think a lot of us with aging parents in active decline can view this whole situation with a layered perspective…pity, understanding, but also despair and frustration. Regarding my mother, when she has these lapses, she would deny having them (I don’t tell her about them because it would upset her), and NOTHING I say would convince her that her behavior was off. She simply wouldn’t believe it. And it isn’t a slow, linear decline, it’s a jagged pattern of plateaus and drops of cognition. So rather than being stubborn, I think Biden really doesn’t have an idea how he’s coming off. He thinks he’s fine, and can’t see it differently. His close advisors and family want to protect him, I get it, but that’s not helping anyone now except themselves. Because they’ll be fine, no matter what happens; they’ll get jobs as consultants or K Street lobbyists. Same with the news media, who need to report the news, but often go beyond it, trying to tell us how to think and whipping up a frenzy for ratings. They’ll be fine too. So yes, I’ll vote. But I’m not the voter to target to get to 270. And I’m pretty disgusted with the whole business. |
DP - you know absolutely nothing about Alzheimer’s and you are totally offending anyone here who deals with loved ones who live with it. You are an a-hole. |
The list of Biden lies are a mile long and well documented. Some of them are pathological lies and display a mental illness level of ego driven falsehoods. |
+1,000 |
PP conveniently omitted the other five swing states —where TRUMP is LEADING— from the same poll: AZ +3 — TRUMP GA +1 — TRUMP NV +5 — TRUMP NC +3 — TRUMP PA +7 — TRUMP Biden is behind even in his home state. His replacement is coming soon. |
NATO meetings are this week. Maybe afterwards his replacement will be announced. |
