A lot of those bodies weren’t that healthy. They were keeping their weight down by smoking. |
Did you marry her because her tiny bird bone hand makes your small c*ck look bigger? |
And how fat are you? 5'3 and 110 pounds is not overweight. And why aren't you telling us how tall you are how much you weight. Why bring your wife into the discussion? |
You mad because you're overweight? |
I was responding to the person saying a size 8 in today’s clothing is overweight |
She’s also 4” and several percentiles taller than an average woman. A 5’3” woman wearing a size 8 would be overweight, in the cart majority of cases. Every one wants to act like their body or metabolism or waistline is a unique snowflake data point, but let’s be honest. Fat is like pornography - you know it when you see it. |
This is what everyone wants to believe. But most of it was not mindlessly snacking all day, not having the same amount of processed food available, connecting with real people instead of scrolling and mindlessly feeding your empty soul all day, moving much more because you had a commute or rode your bike or did real things with people instead of living virtually... It's not a one-factor thing such as smoking that made the difference. It's that food was slower and more real, and people actually physically spent time with each other doing actual freaking things. |
Nobody wants to appreciate this reality. It’s always some external factor and not their own behavior. Except is actually all their own behavior. I was driving home today from an endurance event I did yesterday. So I wanted to buy some donuts just because I never eat them. I’m standing in front of the display at a gas station in SW Virginia and a mom is practically force feeding her kids donuts by demanding whether they 1) want one and 2) presuming 1 was true and which one. Child abuse. That’s why we have an obesity problem in this country. People eating garbage all the time and not treating it for what it is - nutrition. |
