100% false. Carbs are actually poison to the brain, and are responsible for a lot of the mental health issues people are currently taking medication for.
Check out the book Brain Energy and do a little research

bahahahahahaa you used the google didn't you. Bless your heart.

How many medications are you currently taking? Me, zero

I have successfully lowered my BP, cholesterol, triglycerides, and sugar by eating a wholesome Mediterranean diet. No meds necessary. Keep telling yourself that you're healthier by following some fad diet. You're not an f-ing wolf. You need fruits and vegetables and grains in your diet.

Yes please don't listen to the doctors that are having a tremendous amount of success treating their patients with keto and carnivore diets. Gotta listen to the grumpy ladies of DCUM that have it all figured out.
For anyone that wants to completely get off of medications, please look up Christopher Palmer, Anthony Chaffee, Ken Berry, Georgia Ede and others

What doctor? Any quack can preach whatever the hell they want on the Internet. I keep asking you to post a peer-reviewed studies supporting your claims but instead, you keep insulting me. Doctors have treated specific diseases with diets, of course. Keto was used as a diet specifically for diabetics and was never intended to be used by bored suburban moms looking to sound smart after a quick Google search.

What makes you think I didn't listen to doctors? I also follow a diet to be healthy. However, the diet I follow has shown benefits over millennia and has been widely studied and endorsed by the medical community.

Please make sure to get your prescriptions filled every month

Will do. Thanks for that invaluable piece of advice. I always trust the complete strangers on DCUM to have my back vs my doctor.

Keep eating that meat. Maybe, just maybe, it will make you a wee bit smarter.

Next time your doctor is renewing your pill prescriptions, please ask him how he was educated on those pills. I could tell you but ...

Yeah. I'll tell her some moron on the internet knows better and her medical degree is basically TP.

Also, I'm still waiting on those studies. Are you going to post them?

Great. Just make sure to keep taking those antidepressants

Post a peer-reviewed study that says carbs cause mental health issues. Again, your social media video research makes you look pretty dumb.

Who was saying sugars are good for us? What does that have to do with eating a whole food, Mediterranian diet?

I asked for studies showing me that the carnivore diet is the healthiest diet.

Instead of studies, why not accept real world examples

Tell me you don't know anything about science, without telling me you don't know anything about science.

Lol. I can give you a study that says Crisco is good for you and it even got a stamp of approval from the American Heart Association. I'll take real world evidence any day over a "study"

Please read my previous comment above.

Please think of me every time you open your pill organizer
