It could be because the parents are so demanding that the school needs an additional figure head to “satisfy” them
|
| That's not a reason to give them more resources. The ones who are there need to handle it. |
| More than likely its not because parents are demanding but that safety and or student resource need require it. |
| Safety at Pyle? For real? No way. Do they think the admins can’t handle the work? |
| Is it possible that they are adding more support to the schools with SESES programs? Pyle has one which brings some pretty heavy needs to the school. |
| If that’s the case, it’s misguided. They’d be better off hiring an extra person with special training to assist with the kids within the program. |
| Will any principal appointments be announced before Spring break? I think there is a meeting on Tuesday. |
Yes. They're allotting nearly 30 minutes in the agenda for recommended appointments, so I'd expect several. |
| Some of the principal application deadlines were extended. Why the lack of urgency? Did no one apply? |
They’ve been busy shuffling around directors and assoc supers so of course this process is slower than they predicted. It’s all a shell game. |
Which ones were extended? |
| Carderock, for one. |
| Bradley Hills |
| Are they moving people out of central and into principal positions? |
| Christopher Ascienzo appointed as permanent Magruder principal |
