Exactly. I thought the same thing. Why are you driving around like idiots?

Yes, they did pull into a police station and got a police escort (two police cars). But that does not fit your narrative.

Not our narrative, their narrative. Yes, they were at a police station at some point. Got in at least one taxi, their own private vehicles, and then ... something else.

YOU don't even know some of the publicly available facts but here you are alleging that Meghan lied about what happened. Just say you hate the black girl and be done with it.

DCUM white women flock to these threads to shit on Meghan. If that doesn’t say it, nothing will…..

Now this I truly believe. She creates the drama and drinks it in. I don't like her behavior, but as a casual observer it's incredible that she has no shame. Like almost inhuman levels of artifice and climbing, and discarding of people, and lacking validation for her self-aggrandizing. She looks like a fool and a liar and keeps going with a deranged smile! She's a psychological case study come to life.

No more a fool or a faker than King Charles and the rest of the raggedy colonizer bunch. When Kate is making vapid appearances with her fake smiles are you equally bothered?

If you don't see the difference I don't know how to describe my POV. Meghan is breathtaking in her facade of social integration when all the while she moves through groups and individuals without attachment. There's an underlying lack of consideration for anyone or anything outside of her narrow focus. Her North Star is herself, which should describe a solid core for anyone, but she defines herself to the exclusion of all others. I mean, wow.

I'm multiracial and these two people are silly. You don't have to hate people to laugh at them. That's what comedians make their living doing.

Why would the car they are in engage in a chase? You stop the car, pull over, call the police for help. This drama makes no sense.

Pretty sure they paid paparazzi to do this.
Questioning the scene, the time, the actions.
Accusing them of attention getting.
Blaming one or the other for extending a narrative.

NYPD is likely to downplay anything that makes them look bad, so remember that.
Looks like most people already have a narrative about them that they need to fulfill, regardless of what went on. So stupud, this binary team thing people choose to engage in. Everyone keeps saying they are inconsequential, yet pop right up everywhere to keep saying it.

Right.

They are inconsequential, when you get down to it. Their purpose is no more than to provide amusement for us. For that is what they have become, modern day jesters.

The reason why some of us like to read about H&M is because it's like watching a soap opera. The range of emotions, behaviors, hypocrisies, ironies and cluelessness on display, all set against a backdrop of wealth and privilege, is a real life reality show. I do no more than reading a few headlines every now and then and posting a few comments on here and I do it because it's fun to roll my eyes as I watch people act out their vanities like a modern day Greek drama, although the hidden tragedy is that the acting is sincere, at least on Harry's part.

Doesn't look like that to me. It looks like they are doing their stuff, which includes making money now, and being interviewed by outlets ob their stuff, like any other high profile person. The fact you, and people like you, keep calling attention to it, is far more interesting. And proves his assertion. Why bother commenting. They aren't court jesters any more than Meryl Streep is. Actors are here to entertain us. Influencers are, singers are. They decided to take a path away from living a royal life, which is somehow frowned upon by people who think NOT riding in gold carriage, wearing medals and swords and crowns is actually MORE attention seeking (?) Come on. They are being recognized for their work, and if people want to read their books, listen to their podcast or whatever, it's no different than anyone doing it. You can't have it both ways. I just saw maybe 20 + clips, without even trying to see them, of Kate Middleton, wearing a hugely expensive and massive royal blue gown sitting next to a grand piano in a palace gold and velvet encrusted room playing only 3 bars of a piano selection in the Eurovision song contest, and she was hailed as "so talented, graceful, elegant."
Not attention seeking at all.

Lol . You've chosen a team to root for, that's all, and it's really stupid.

DP. Meghan wore a yellow dress. And got an award for something. Then she was in a catastrophic car chase through Manhattan for 2 hours.

Is that doing stuff? Or is that attention seeking? What did she do?

I know what Kate was doing, she was being royalty. That's her job. What is Meghan doing? Raising two kids? Getting awards for ... things?

Meghan received the Women of Vision award. You can read about it here (https://wov2023.org/). Maybe you’re not interested, though, because none of the honorees are basic white women whose biggest accomplishment is that she chased a lazy, daft prince for over 10 years.

But, yeah, Kate played the piano or something.

It's not funny to make sarcastic comments about their near catastrophic experience.

When did this catastrophic event happen? It is not possible for this to have happened in NY as reported.

The taxi driver, Sunny Singh, said it wasn't a chase.

Seems like no one was that interested until the "catastrophic chase" story was publicized.

I skimmed the article, but I think they were only in the taxi for about 10 minutes until they were blocked by a garbage truck, the paps came out to photograph them, and they told Singh to go back to the hotel so they could get in their SUV.

I posted on page 1 of this thread about them making a bad decision not to pull over because it could have ended badly for a pedestrian or another driver. I got an alert on my phone about the chase, and clicked the link, which is how I knew about it. I've posted in once in a thread about them, which got deleted--I essentially said that their documentary could have been more profound if they had interviewed people who weren't already well-known and famous. I was surprised it was deleted because I didn't use inflammatory language; just stated my opinion. It actually made me think that there were people overly-sensitive about the royals, but I understand that Megan is vehemently hated. Actually I also posted in the Harry thread about the title SPARE, and how I thought that sounded really sad.

Perhaps there are others like me. I've commented, but I don't spend any energy thinking about them. Just responding to three posts, with my opinion.

You being multiracial is irrelevant to the discussion and no one positing negative comments or making fun of them is a comedian.

Well, there are now videos are out. And witnesses, too, so just crawl back under your rocks.
Seems like confirmation bias problem with you idiots.
