Seems like a really sad (yet understandable) story actually |
I understood her perfectly. |

So a real heartwarming story and not a parody like OP thought?
Why was your immediate thought so nasty op? |
I think my link and my work speaker suck! |
The story doesn't add up. |
| she is moving out on Saturday. |
Heartwarming?? Sounds like the caretaker was taking advantage of the elderly owner. Has anything proven this otherwise? |
I mean she didn’t actually say anything…how about why you aren’t paying rent and refused to leave? |

I remember this post. Now I want to see the old pictures again. This is such an odd front. The columns do not match the front at all. |
How did they get rid of the squatter? What did the buyer do, fumigate?

Not heartwarming. Creature took advantage of an elderly person- was hired to clean. Then needed somewhere to live. Moved in with kid- then added a husband [?] who moved out. has a dog. Realtor not allowed to show lower level. I once owned a legal duplex and as a buyer saw the rental unit pre offer. This creature ... Some original listing photos - note got free accommodations to clean. https://www.axios.com/local/washington-dc/2022/04/12/viral-fairfax-home-with-squatters-asks-800k-cash?fbclid=IwAR3XjZWpWdRAuDFwF5e_d3jd5zYB9xMX2iycTFuZMwYG2uUPt0a9bkz6PCc |
