Just rumors at this point since we are allowed to apply for DRP 2.0, many are assuming it won’t just be admin staff subject to RIF. Have heard additional rumors about some folks getting HR emails asking for personnel details, like whether you’ve had any bad reviews in last three years, but that hasn’t crossed by inbox. |
FWIW my VLJ had a team meeting and told us that Board management asked for us to be able to take DRP because they believe that Board attorneys will be affected by the RIF. |
Please post concrete actual details and not unsubstantiated rumor. "Rumors" without concrete details are useless. The only certain thing right now is that VLJ are exempt from DRP and attorneys are allowed to apply for it with SES approval. It does not sound like they are looking to RIF attorneys. |
There are rumors and there are reasonable inferences. A reasonable inference would be that Board attorneys may be subject to RIF if they are allowed to apply for DRP 2.0 and VLJs are not. See how that works? |
Daddy, chill… |
What are the "reasonable inferences" 13:26? Please share your wisdom. |
OMG, NP here but 1) if you are an attorney and don’t know what a reasonable inference is, thats on you 2) google it |
Okay. I know what an inference is. I am asking 13:26 to provide more insight about the reasonable inferences of the information above. |
With everything going on, it's crazy that it's still total radio silence on RTO. |
I’m assuming that they will sort out DRP/RIFs before RTO. Doesn’t make a lot of sense to go through the administrative nightmare of finding workspace/paying relocation costs for people who might not be here in a few months. |
Looks like it wasn’t a rumor since I got the email today. This is why we share rumors. |
What email? |
You got RIF'd? |
DVCs are sending out emails asking Board employees to verify their info within HR systems. The info we are to verify happens to conincide with all the relevant factors for RIF, including veterans preference and performance score for the last 4 years. |
Well...well..that is not good. Anybody hear anything about how many AAs to be RIFd? How many took DRP 2.0? |
