Don't let him change the conversation while the Senate quietly passes it.

Not just the house bill, but the egreious grift that took place last night with the TrumpCoin bribe dinner with the hordes of chinese and saudi donors.

Lot of discussion about price increases at Walmart. Understandably. A lot of companies are now talking about price increases due to tariffs. Mattel, Ford, P&G, Best Buy.

And of course they are going to pass the costs of this Trump tariff tax on to customers.

There is obviously no economic strategy, certainly no coherent economic strategy, coming out of the White House. All Tim Cook has to do is call Trump personally, tell him he has a team in the basement putting together the concept of a plan on what could be done in the US, and Trump won't carry out his threat. The market won't react negatively toward Apple (given the obvious iPhone price increase implications) because it's clear that everybody (country and nation) is simply placating the old moron with words, not actions. Everybody knows that nearly 10% of his Presidency is already done, so it's a matter of waiting out the remaining 90%.

You forgot the part where Tim Apple buys several million Trump meme coins.

Okay, that clears up any confusion.

Trump has just delayed the EU tariffs until 9 July. So tired of his reality show.

The bond market is the check on his behavior.

I'm kind of re-thinking my attitude towards all the people that worked in his first administration. Although if he has pulled this crap the first time around, we probably would not have elected him a second time.

In other words the tariffs are not going to work out and he’ll never admit it.

Is the goal just stock market manipulation to enrich himself and GOP allies?
